Charming historic neighborhood in Boulder conveniently located to shopping, hiking, University. Beautiful historic home that is well appointed and meticulously maintained. The owner is very responsive to all needs.

Amazing house close to Pearl Street. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very kind and readily available if we needed them. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home in pristine condition!

My family had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend in Boulder at this lovely home. The owners could not have been more hospitable and considerate of us! Everything was just fantastic!

Excellent Property in the Heart of Boulder

We stayed here for a guys trip to see the Colorado-USC game. Everything about the property was great - from the house itself, to the location and the great communication with the owner. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Boulder in the future.

Great house, location and experience!

Loved the house and our experience. We came in town for a CU game with other couples. This was a great gathering place with tons of charm. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Lovely house! Lovely neighborhood!

This house is a gem: spacious, tasteful, spotless, newly remodeled, walkable to all the great stuff on Pearl St and in North Boulder, and the family renting it is delightful and helpful.

amazing weekend

Our weekend was so amazing mostly because we loved this house. It is sparkling clean and beautiful! We loved the location and the pretty and quiet street. So easy to get to the restaurants and shoppes - we mostly Ubered. The owners are so helpful and everything was very smooth! Would stay again in a minute!

Great home with porches for relaxing

This wonderfully updated home on a charming street just minutes away from downtown was the perfect spot for our family's vacation to celebrate our daughter's graduation from CU. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The homeowners made sure we were well taken care of and made our stay in Boulder a relaxing family time together.

Better than advertised

It’s hard to say what’s better, the house itself or the location and it’s hard to imagine a better place to stay if you’re looking to explore everything that Boulder has to offer. Brad was also an amazing host and you quickly realize that Boulder is amazing because it attracts a lot of people like Brad.

Immaculate, relaxing home in perfect location

This home is Beautiful cared for, immaculately clean and very relaxing. But it’s location is the best part. Walking distance to trails and to Pearl Street. Doesn’t get much better than this.

Great property

Beautiful home. All amenities were great and property was as represented. Owners were only a text away and very responsive. Very kid friendly with lots of things for kids both inside and outside, but also very well appointed and "adult comfortable". Close to everything in Boulder. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks!!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Conveniently Located

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our large family to spread out and relax during our family vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the porches and patio and cooked some delicious meals in the large, well-stocked kitchen. It was nice to return to this lovely home after long day trips and on days when we stayed in Boulder, the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street, bike rentals, Boulder Creek and Whole Foods Market were all within walking distance. Brad checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and was very responsive to our questions about the house and activities in the area.

Perfect location, fabulous house

Three grown children, spouses and one child stayed for our Sister's wedding. The stay was absolutely perfect! A few short blocks to the Boulderado and Pearl Street, it is a perfect location. The house was spotless, very nice linens, luxurious towels and cosmetic incidentals were provided. A complete remodel and beautiful addition to the house of a gorgeous kitchen and master bedroom make this house ideal. The owners were beyond friendly and easy to work with. We will be back!

It was a beautiful home in the perfect place.

This home was impeccable. We went on a family vacation. Six of us. The house had everything to keep us all occupied after a full day in the mountains. Just The perfect setting. The home was large enough for all to sleep very comfortably, and hang out together. Tastefully decorated . Nice quiet neighborhood but close to Pearl street which is great to venture out for dinner or an evening stroll. I whole heartedly recommend this home. PERFECT !!!

Spaciousness, quality, and charm!

The home we rented in Boulder was a great match and 'just right' for our expectations and hopes for the family. It was the right size, the right location, and furnished fully for our every need to live comfortably and without want. The owners were quite personal and expressly offered their assistance to assure the stay was all we expected. No doubt the weather in and around Boulder was also 'just right,' too. It allowed us to enjoy the wonderful outdoors at the house. The back porch was large and the patio well suited for many family lunches and dinners, plus the toys and outdoor play equipment provided a great place for grandchildren to play in a well-landscaped, fenced area.

Charming home, lovely hosts!

I came with a few teachers to an education conference in Boulder. We had the pleasure of staying in Brad's home for several nights. Each of us had our own room and bathroom which gave us time to relax after a long day. This historical home has been completely and tastefully renovated with beautiful wood floors, an updated high-end kitchen and well-appointed furnishings. Rose greeted us with a tour of her home, a few chocolate treats and directions to the best restaurants in town. The house is in a charming neighborhood and is no more than a 5 minute walk to Pearl Street. This was a beautiful retreat for tired educators that needed to feel pampered and appreciated. Thank you to the Norris family for opening their amazing home to us! We would love to come back again for our next study tour conference in Boulder!

The best house in Boulder for a family

We are a family of 5 with small children and stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful house. The house is completely newly renovated with very good taste. It has very comfortable spaces. The bathrooms are spotless and it has a state of the art new kitchen. The back garden is a great place to hang around and it has a lounge to rest while the kids play. The house is filled with very nice toys and in the basement there is a huge playing area with a ping pong and mini soccer table. The house is very well equipped with all the electronic needs (cable tv, wifi fast connection, AC, etc). The beds were very comfortable and had new linens. The house is perfectly located within a 7 minute walk to Pearl St. yet in a very nice quiet street and also very close to parks and trails. The owners were very nice to us and we had open communication with them. They provided very detailed information about the house and their favorite places in Boulder and offered to us to use their bikes which are very useful around town. In a nutshell. The perfect house in boulder for a family!!!

Effortless Experience!

They say location is everything however, what happens when you combine a great location with the most amazing and charming house in Boulder? You have a memorable and effortless experience! It has been said that perfection is when there is nothing to remove or add,....that can be said for our stay. The play and reading room was perfect for our 5 year old; the backyard and the game/tv room in the basement was perfect for our 12 and 13 year olds. for my wife, the extra large and modern kitchen coupled with a 100 year old sitting area brought an immdediate smile and absolute relaxation. The depection of the property was spot on, the owners were extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. we couldn't have asked for nicer owners. The house is located close to Pearl street and Boulder River...both a must! my wife and i jogged along the river and we took all of the kids to flatirons....my kids say you can catch pokemon along the trail! drive up flagstaff road and have a romantic dinner at Flaggstaff House Resturant....simply put there are seemingly an unlimited amount of things to do! We highly recommend this property and Boulder!
