No cleaning fees! We love EVERYTHING about our neighborhood. You are not far from one of Boulder's best hiking trails (Sanitas), and Whole Foods and Belza Coffee Bar are a short walk away. You can walk to Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall (less than a mile away), and the University of Colorado Boulder is less than 2 miles away (Sko Buffs).

GETTING AROUND
A bus stop is just down the street and will take you everywhere you need to go if you don’t want to drive. You can also rent Boulder B-Cycle bikes (electric too) (just 2 blocks south)

A small enclave just north of downtown (the home sits one mile from the famous Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall), the home is located in the Newlands Neighborhood and is characterized by mid-century modern homes, urban farms, and the distinctive wavy roofline of the Ideal Broadway Shops and Community Plaza Shopping Center. You’ll feel right at home among locals by grabbing a bite to eat, a cup of tea, or browsing a handful of gift shops. 1. Grab a delicious pastry from Beleza Coffee Bar or an ice cream cone in flavors like Oatmeal Cookie or OZO Coffee at Sweet Cow Creamery (two blocks south of the house). You'll also find a Whole Foods Market and other shops here. The closest bar is at Santo, a restaurant opened by a winner of Top Chef.
2. Run and play at North Boulder Park, which sports a fantastic Flatirons view (three blocks west of the house)
3. Stop by Growing Gardens for a free tour (by appointment) or dig-your-own irises at the urban Long’s Gardens (two blocks north of the house)

THE DETAILS
All 3 bedrooms have brand-new mattresses and new white cotton sheets. There is 1 King (dual Sleep Number mattress) bedroom with an ensuite bath, 1 Queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses & a twin sofa pull-out bed. There is also a Pack 'n Play stored in the kids' room closet if you need a more crib-like bed. Bed rails are also available. All three bedrooms have air conditioning (those are the only spaces air-conditioned in the home) and automatic blackout Hunter Douglass shades.

The house includes a living area with a flat-screen TV with Netflix/Hulu/Prime/AppleTV/Paramount+/HBO Max and high-speed wireless internet with G-Mesh throughout the home. Sonos speakers are also throughout the home.

The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking meals with All-Clad pots & pans, Portugal-made dishware, cutlery, and other gourmet accouterments.

The main level includes the living area, dining room with seating for 8, and a fully renovated kitchen and powder room. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were fully renovated in 2024.
