This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 17th floor. It is an end unit located on the west end of the building with an unobstructed view of the sunset!

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a chaise lounge. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good trip, had a few issues with the elevators, but nothing major. Also, the wifi wasn't as good as it has been, we had to connect to it every time we left and came back. But overall we had a great time. Hope to see you next year!

Beautiful Condo

We had a couple of issues when we first arrived, but we contacted Helen, and she had it taken care of very quickly. The condo is great, and the views were amazing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all main restaurants and attractions. Resort was in good shape and unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need to get you by for a few days. Guest bedroom could stand to be updated some but wasn’t at all bad. End unit is nice and views were great. Host is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Reclining couches were a big plus.

Condo OK, Location Not so Much

My sister and I had a 4 night stay at this condo and had mixed feelings about our stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. However there were a few things that detracted from our stay. The water flow from the kitchen faucet was at most a trickle. I notified management twice on the 2nd day of our stay including texting a video clearly showing the issue and asked that maintenance come and fix the faucet. The response was 'checking now' and that was the last I heard. No follow up and no one came to repair the problem. We didn't cook alot during our stay but it was difficult to rinse dishes and produce usng the microscopic water flow. We resorted to bringing water from the bathroom faucet to use in the kitchen. There were some other annoyances we encountered such as small appliances (i.e. the iron) being unusable/damaged and broken furniture. The TVs badly need an upgrade. Beach chairs were included in the rental but umbrellas were only put out on the third day of our stay. The weather was beautiful but we would have appreciated some shade! Finally, this is purely personal preference, we thought the area was just too congested. It was fall break and the beach seemed crowded, this property is a high density one and I can only imagine the crowds during peak season. Traffic was terrible due to volume and road construction, restaurants were crowded. We would not choose to tolerate the negatives of the location/condo on a future trip. We won't be back.

Location is Good But..

Condo location is good, the view is good and neighbor is quiet. The building is clean and good condition but room for improvement. Condo was not clean upon arrival. Linens and towels were dirty general cleanliness not good. Some basic kitchen utensils missing and some were old or not in a good condition. Short distance to the beach paid the rental. Owner or property manager should take more attention to the condo for the rental price.

PCB Get Away

Helen Phillips is great to work with. She makes everything easy and is available if needed. We loved the location. Such a beautiful view! Beach service was outstanding. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing Balcony View

The balcony view is beautiful! The unit is beautifully furnished and generously spacious in the bathrooms and with closet space. It's time to replace the pullout couch as a couch, the cushions have been smashed flat. Catching the office open to get our parking pass and identifications tags was a challenge. We arrived at 3 prior to check-in time but she was already gone for the day. The next day was the same. The next day we tried early in the morning and had to return later but finally caught her. Slightly frustrating chasing down this administrative task while on vacation, but now we know. Very much enjoyed the beach chairs. The man providing this service was extremely helpful throughout our time on the beach, making adjustments to keep us in the shade. Very nice!!! Helen is a great property manager and always responsive to any request.

Future Floridians

Relaxing stay overlooking the ocean. We were able to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, jelly fish, large groups of fish and even an eagle! Condo had everything we needed.

Great location

The condo was really clean and great location. The beach view was awesome. Didn’t have any issues. Maybe just upgrade the tvs to smart tvs but other than that the kids had their phones and they would use that. Very happy with our stay.

Annual Memorial Day Weekend Trip

We had a great time at this condo! Helen was great at responding to our questions and the condo was better than advertised! The beach location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly! Even met some great permanent tenets who were very friendly as well. Best thing about it was that the view was spectacular! Only thing I would have done differently and would recommend is bring your own paper towels, plates, toilet tissue, and laundry detergent. And parking was a little hard to find and get into when parking in the main building but you can park across the street in the parking garage and all is well. Overall I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

Spring Break 2023

The condo was as shown in the pictures. We had everything needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The property was very nice. Loved the chair and umbrella that came with our rental. The pools were great. Elevators ran pretty fast. Drove to the other end of PCB a couple times to eat. Our end was a lot calmer and quieter. Helen was great to communicate with. Great Spring Break with family!!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely love this condo! Great location! The condo was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Helen, the property manager, was quick to respond and made checking in and departing an easy task. We love that this unit is a corner unit. There are multiple elevators and we did not have to wait long at all for one. Quick to get to the beach or the car. Great balcony and view. Love the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! We will definitely recommend this unit to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Oceanfront from way up!

Helen was an excellent host - she communicated a week in advance with many details to make checking in and arriving as easy as possible. Check-in is on the 4th floor and there are a few parking options available. We arrived on a Sunday so there wasn’t a battle for a luggage cart as I imagine there would be on a Saturday. There are 3 levels of about 20 parking spots available but most are owned and unavailable to renters. There’s also a 2 level parking garage right across from the high rise with a bridge that connects to the 3rd floor from the second level of the garage across the street. Parking cost is $30+tax. The office lady will give you wristbands when you pay for parking and check in with her. 1701 - Helen the owner emailed the code and directions prior to arrival and it worked perfectly getting in. And it was clean and ready to go at check in time as described in the email she sent a week prior. The beds and bathrooms are exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen could use some updated cookware/utilities etc. And the garbage disposal wasn’t working but that wasn’t a big deal. Beach access was easy and beach chairs are provided. Overall great stay!!!

Great Condo-Amazing View!

We loved this condo! When we book, we take weeks to months to find one that checks many things off our list. Higher floor level (this is 17!) for amazing views and privacy, washer/dryer, ocean view and entrance to balcony from master bedroom, also when we can, the balcony that is an end one, which this one is, giving more incredible views of sunsets etc. Had an issue with microwave being broke (plastic on door falling apart, but microwave itself worked thankfully!) upon arrival, but reached out to the manager and she responded quickly and asked for photo of part # on it so could order a new. Although we didn’t have it new, no biggy at all! Microwave worked so it was all good! Oh also, we love that the condo came with beach chairs/umbrella as we try to find ones that do. (The fellas were great help and friendly, daily in the tiki hut too!) As well, just having the condo be spacious and decorated more beachy/fresh as this one was. Oh and the 2nd bedroom had a window with some view of the ocean too! So we were definitely super happy and would stay again! Trudy who helped us get our parking pass was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right away. We appreciated that since the last condo, we didn’t have that experience with the gal. The last thing we’d say, that we didn’t like was how you come into the entrance of the building which is through the parking garage, with cars coming and going. Just a weird set up. And also if park across the street on the top level, can’t bring the carts with your stuff, because it’s stairs. So we had to just pull up front by the building to unload. Thank you for a great experience and beautiful memories created for my family!! We stayed 10 blessed nights! God bless.

Great place to stay!!!

This condo and resort was such a great place to vacation. The room was everything we needed and more. We had all utensils, bedding, dishes, etc. that we needed. The condo was so clean and the balcony had the best view ever. This is definitely somewhere that we would return to spend future vacations!!! So pleased!
