We were blown away by this unit! Even better in person than advertised. Everything that you need, super comfortable couches and recliner when you're not on the beach, smart TVs throughout, easy access to beach which was not crowded on Labor Day weekend. The building is very well maintained and clean, pool is beautiful! We hope to stay at this unit again on our next trip to South Padre! Thank you for welcoming us to your wonderful condo!

The on-site manager was extremely hospitable and started our visit on such a positive and friendly note. The condo was positively gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The view was one of, if not the, best views of the timeless ocean waves we have yet to experience in South Padre with a view of the pool as well.I was pleasantly surprised to see a laundry room in the condo with a washer & dryer. And the kitchen was well stocked with assorted dining tools ( first time I had a lime squeezer provided in the gadget drawer!) Though many guests enjoyed the pool during the hottest moments of the day, any outside noise was nonexistent with the doors closed.In the quiet mornings, sipping coffee on the balcony while taking in the breathtaking views was heavenly as was sipping wine in the evenings.Our stay, including check-in and check-out, was flawless. God willing, we will certainly be back.

Really enjoyed the view from the balconey, listening to the waves. Comfy seating for reading.

Perfect for us!

The condo was beautiful and clean, just as described in the listing. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Easy access to the pool and the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants/bars. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful View

Beautiful views from 5th floor. Amazing sunrise every morning. Gorgeous facilities with awesome pool & hot tub. Condo furnished nicely. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Vacation 2022

Property is good. Newer updates of course are always welcome. Door to balcony extremely hard to operate. Nice place. Enjoyed it with my two grandkids. We cooked a lot and used the grills. Would stay again

Great Location and unit to stay at in South Padre Island

We loved every moment from the time we walked into the unit. Great location and wonderful view of the ocean from the condo. Loved our morning coffee on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyable. Staff was available and helpful when we called them. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here the next time we visit South Padre Island.

We will keep coming back!

This is the 3rd time we have come back to this condo! We love it. Great location on the beach. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only thing that was not so great was that the elevator kept breaking and was out of order. They get back up and working quickly but it is rough when you have to carry an infant and items up 5 flights of stairs. Aside from that we love it!

Great Memorial Day Weekend!

My husband and two children stayed over Memorial Day weekend and we have nothing but great things to say. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Property managers were super friendly and very helpful. We loved it so much we are planning a long weekend in October.

Awesome!

This was a family vacation that was very much needed! Our room overlooked the pool and the the view of the beach was great to say the least. Sunrises from the room is a plus. The building is conveniently located to restaurants and a grocery store near by. The manager on site, Soila Perez, was very pleasant. We will deferentially be looking at staying here again!

RELAXING & AMAZING HOME away from home

Not only is it decorated absolutely amazingly, but the view is spectacular and the pool and jacuzzi are so pretty and clean. There were so many towels and extra blankets and pillows which is always great and comes in handy. It's in a great location and had everything we needed utility wise also. I went with my parents and grandparents which all of them loved it & then my boyfriend and little boyfriend joined us later which they enjoyed it very much also! It's perfect for all ages!

Satisfied Customer

We have come to S. Padre several times, but this was our first time to stay in a condo vs. a hotel. We are so glad we made the decision to do so. Your office staff (Angie) was very professional and helpful. She answered all of our questions well and definitely was an asset to us and our stay there. Our stay was very pleasant and we so appreciated how nice our condo was. The bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. The laundry room and new equipment was terrific and we can't say enough about the views of the ocean. The only thing that could have been better were the mattresses. There are 5 of us and my son opted to sleep on the couch, instead of the twin bed in the shared room, because the mattress was not comfortable and the pull out sofa was also not good. Our last morning there, I happened to see Angie in the office and was raving about our stay, but did tell her we had one suggestion and that was to upgrade the mattresses. One other thing I would like to suggest is that the front gate is not really secure at night, because one can simply slide a hand through an area where the metal mesh is bent back, and reach up to unlock it. I would have felt a little safer if that was not the case. If we plan another family trip to S. Padre in the future, we will choose to come back to stay at the Seabreeze and would be interested in booking unit 505 again. THANK YOU for helping us to have a very nice family vacation!

We are so glad you had such a wonderful stay. Thank you again for letting us know about the mattresses. We have been upgrading many of our condos to Memory Foam mattresses and we have this unit down for the next purchase. The Queen bed in the guest bedroom has already been upgraded to memory foam and we will get the King and Twin upgraded as soon as possible. Thank you again for informing us. Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Laundry room furnished with a very nice washer & dryer. Family room had very comfortable sofa and recliner. In fact I had a hard time getting my husband out of the recliner.

Fantastic!!!

Everything our family needed and were expecting! The condo is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. Completely updated and has anything you would need and the views are spectacular. We will be back next year! The employees are awesome and so accommodating. We really couldn't have asked for more personalized hospitality. We are so grateful for the time we spent there and are counting down until we return!
