This property was better than we expected with cleanliness, proximity to the beach and with all the household products on hand that made our stay extra comfortable! Pat was more than helpful and courteous with questions and added that extra southern hospitality that made our stay top notch! We would definitely recommend her property!!! A definite 10 out of 10 in our book!

A wonderful stay on the beach! Beautiful ,spotless accommodations that were cozy and inviting. Little touches such as fresh flowers, comfy linens and Aveda products made our stay extra special. Walk to the beach and enjoy the outdoor shower after. The perfect place for a vacation !

Beautiful property located within 2 minutes walking distance to the beach! The décor was peaceful, relaxing, and perfectly “beachy”—exactly the atmosphere you want for a beach getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Grocery stores and other conveniences were just minutes away, which made everything so easy.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again when we have the opportunity!

The house was very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped for our stay. The location is great...short walk to the ocean with several nice restuarants nearby. We will definetly stay here again!

It was a beautiful and cozy getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, a short walk to a beautiful beach, lots of good food around! Would definitely love to come back in the future! Pat and John were sweet people

The home is perfect! Bright, airy, comfortable, and clean. It's perfectly located for days by the shore, and easy to get from to St. Augustine center. And the hosts are gracious and thoughtful. Also very responsive. We hope to return next year!

This place was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location as there was a boardwalk a few houses down which led right to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants on A1A Beach Blvd. The owners take good care of the property, so it feels like staying in your own home.

Excellent place in a great location. Close to downtown without all the people. Beach is about 2 minute, good food all within walking distance. Our 4th visit and looking forward to a fifth!
