Overall outstanding hosts, facility, and neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again when in Seattle/Ballard, and would give my highest recommendation to friends and family to stay if they need a place in the future.

The Host, Mario, was very helpful and provided everything about the property in one nice document (access code, where to park, etc). Place was clean and my girls really enjoyed the loft setup. Things were labeled and helpful. He answered messages very quickly and even helped with what beach to go to and where to get a good Cuban Sandwich. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! Very nicely decorated, plenty of towels and towels etc. The most beautiful view at night from the loft. The fireplace in the master was well utilized this trip. I would highly recommend your home to anyone!

It’s a great place to stay! We were there to visit family, but it’s a great part of Seattle if you’re there for fun as well. Plenty nearby for restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Parking is very nice to have. Would totally recommend in every way.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn't have been better for restaurants, bakeries and all that Ballard has to offer. We especially loved Single Hill Commons and Cloudy Cafe, just a block away. Ristorante Picolinos was incredible and also a short walk down the street. The hosts truly put comfort first in this rental, even adding blackout blinds and a cozy heater in one of the bedrooms. Communication was great we'll definitely check for availability next time we're in Seattle! Thank you!

Nice place!

We are a small family with 2 kids under 8 and this place worked out great! The apartment was clean and ready, plenty of space, and Mario was very helpful.

Great Ballard Location

A group of fellow photographers were in the area for a business mastermind in the neighborhood and this was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and so perfect for our group of 4 adults. We could walk to downtown Ballard, Rays, and had so much fun exploring the area. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Location / excellent hosts

Mario and Monica really treated us well while we stayed in their home. My son is 11, and he loved the loft area. The location is perfect - walkable to everything your heart desires. The laundry and workout room was so convenient. We had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend.

Very Happy!

The location was great. Close to all that Ballard and the Seattle area offers. The space was designed well with plenty of sleeping capacity and sufficient shared area. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook homemade meals. I would recommend this to family and friends and will stay there again when I return to the area.

Clean with thoughtful amenities

The apartment is clean and neat. The owners are responsive. Having a parking space in the driveway was a plus.

The host provided everything we needed! Helpful labels on everything, shower supplies provided, and the unit was exactly like the listing showed. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the unit, and the A/C is very good at keeping the unit cool.

Loved it!

Very modern, spacious for 7 of us. Very convenient location. There is a small organic grocer across the street but QFC is just a few more blocks down 24th. Lots of little cafes as well. Close proximity to UW, downtown.

Dream Spot for Family Vacation

We loved the unique lofted beds which allowed both kids their own room. The place had everything we needed and the Monica even helped us wash and dry a load of laundry. The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. It was a great home base for all the things we did in Seattle using our CityPass. Highly recommend this lovely spot and super kind host family. Beautiful place to stay in

Located in a nice and safe neighborhood in Ballard. Very clean and easy to get to. The kids loved the loft beds. Well maintained. It was a joy to stay in. Almost made us want to stay in more often but the sunny days in Seattle helped us explore more of the city. Good driving distance to the waterfront and downtown areas. I would definitely try to stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thanks to Mario and Monica. You guys are very excellent hosts!

Monica and I live a couple miles north of Ballard but came down regularly to eat our favorite restaurant La Carta de Oxaca and also Matador in Ballard Ave. We have also brought many friends and families over the years to visit the neighborhood for its many attractions.
In one of those trips we saw this property for sale and discovered that the home came with this rental attached but the place needed lots of work. Having tried my hand at remodeling my previous home and renting a mother in law unit that I built on it; we figure that we could afford living in this more expensive neighborhood repeating the same. Thanks to your patronage and hard work is that we are able to own and share our home with you and have enjoyed very much doing so for the last 13 years.
