The star of the property without doubt is the pool and view. Upon arrival the concierge Chema was very short and unfriendly. I mentioned that the loungers were not placed where they were supposed to be. Since the loungers were supposed to be placed on the platform of the pool that has about 3 inches of water I said that I wasn’t comfortable doing it my self and was afraid that I might fall down . Then he said he would place them but that he might fall down. To his credit he had someone place them. On the second day I sat on one of the loungers and it broke from it being so rusty. We were without loungers for 2 days. To Chema’s credit he did help us with the golf cart rental. Alex the house manager was terrific. He resolved all our issues. The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Also, a lock on the beach gate should be installed. Someone came in through the beach gate and stole 3 of our swimsuits that were out to dry. This happened at night and from then on I was not able to sleep soundly.
