Cozy Downtown Cape May Condo. 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. Conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Just 3 1/2 blocks to the beach and only one block from Washington Mall. Spend your Summer vacation days basking in the sun, splashing in the ocean, or watching the dolphins frolic. It is ideal for a group of friends, couples, or a small families. We welcome your dogs!

This 2 bedroom condo is on the garden level of our Historic home (originally built in 1875). Lots of modern amenities like WiFi and Central Air Conditioning! You will have access to our shared driveway. Enough for parking your two cars.

Just inside the front door is a welcoming Living room with tranquil colors, hardwood floors and high ceilings. Comfortable sofa bed and loveseat provide ample room for the whole family to sit and talk or watch a game on the flatscreen tv. Plus a small dining table seating for 4. Flat screen HDTV with expanded cable package for your use.

Kitchen is well stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Lots of other amenities like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc.

Master bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, a built in closet.and an en-suite bathroom (plus it's own entrance and exit). Second bedroom has a queen bed. **The second bedroom has a heavy curtain that divides it from the living room-- however it too has a private bath in order for privacy. Living room has a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 6.

Gas grill and picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment located in the backyard towards the garage.

Did we mention we welcome your dogs? We don't want to leave ours when we travel either. There is an addition $150 fee per dog (limit 2). Sorry no cats.

Circa1875- Centrally located on quiet street in Historic District. Short stroll to beach, town, shopping, museums, amazing restaurants, and nightly entertainment.

2-dog maximum. Pet Rent is $150 extra per dog. Simple pet rules apply. Call for more info.

* Bring blankets, sheets, linens and towels or arrange rental of them through Linen Ladies.

*No family events of more than 12 attendees are allowed on premises per Cape May regulations.
Apartment occupancy for sleeping is strictly 6.

Perfect Location

Close to everything but gives you great privacy. Walking distance to the ocean, Washington mall and great restaurants. House was clean and exactly like the pictures.

Nice place!

This place was perfect for the five of us. Very clean & great location! -Loved that it had 2.5 baths and parking for our 3 cars. The only problem was Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

Great in-town location

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in Cape May with this property as home base. It's so close to the Washington St. Mall and the beach that we barely moved our car except to drive out to Sunset Beach. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the furnishings are practical and fun. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Would recommend for a couple or small group.

Beyond wonderful stay!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay, our accomodations, the centalized location (close to all!), and our host Michael, all beyond wonderful! I am visiting my family for my mom's birthday, and rented rather last minute for a getaway and are so very glad we did! Mahalo nui loa!

Cape May Vacation

Very nice property. It was clean and well organized. The location was great and having off street parking was really nice. The bedroom was spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. Would definitely recommend

cozy & convinient

I brought my mom and toddler to stay 2 nights. Access to restaurants, shops and parking lot a huge bonus as others have mentioned. We also were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was! I gave 4 stars simply because it was not central air so AC didn’t totally extend into kitchen and neighbors above could get a bit noisy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a quick getaway to Cape May!

Beautiful Experience, Perfect Location

The perfect location and accommodations for our stay to enjoy the holidays in Cape May! The location is absolutely superb to help negate the cold winter wind as it’s a short walk into town! Our family. Would stay again in a heartbeat and the owners are very helpful! 10/10!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. My wife is pregnant so proximity to the beach and shops was important. This was exactly that, we walked everywhere. Will come again. Thanks!

Clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Perfect location! Nice unit with ample parking which is a huge plus. Dog friendly. Very roomy and comfortable. Owner responds quickly to any questions. Second year here. Really like it!

A Week of Family Fun

We had a couple of days of rain but made the best of it. Had four dinners alfresco, biked, ran, enjoyed the beach, got a massage, played mini golf and visited the arcade. Spent some money in the great Washington Mall stores, as well. Ate a lot of good food and spent time with family. It was a perfect week!

Short family stay

Pros- Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking a huge plus! Cons- Pet hair everywhere, not as clean as we would have liked. Also had to deal with humidity issues inside the apartment.

AWESOME Location - COMFORTABLE Home away from HOME!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is a short walk from the Washington Street shopping area. It is very well equipped - nicely decorated - and very comfortable. There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a toaster oven. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo - and didn't miss the oven at all. Don't let the bedroom with no door concern you - both rooms are very private. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The next time we go to Cape May we hope this condo is available!

Home away from home!

I have recently stayed here with my husband, parents, and two dogs on a family summer vacation. This place was perfect! Michael, the owner, was quick to respond via email, text, or phone call. The place was very clean, with enough room for everyone. It's in the perfect location- a very short walk to the Washington street mall and only a few blocks from the beach. Love that this place had air conditioning! The last few days that we were there they had 2 new picnic tables and benches delivered and placed in the back yard by the gas grill. Plenty of parking in the backyard! We will definitely be back in the future!!

Central Historic District with Parking!

I was looking for a pet friendly place for myself and my children and wanted to be able to walk to everything-- well, I found it! The owner, Michael, was very professional and made booking easy and I love that it has wifi (after all, who can live without it?). And parking in town! That alone is worth the cost of the rental. You don't have to drive anywhere, though, as it's a short stroll to the beach and even shorter to the walking mall, with all its shops, restaurants and my kids' favorite-- Fudge Kitchen. Clean and cute place with charm of the historic district right outside your door. And, even though in town, it's on a quiet part of the street. I highly recommend this rental!

New Year's Getaway!

This apartment was perfect for spending our New Year's getaway in Cape May! The property was clean and cute, and in an ideal location for shopping and dining! The master bedroom was very big! The other "bedroom" was a decent size. The only drawback was it was only separated from the living room by curtains. For us, this was not a big deal at all. You also have to pass through to go into the kitchen. I guess it depends on how comfortable you are with the people you go on vacation with. For us, it was fine! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also great!

Noisy night

While this was a good location, the conditions were a bit challenging. There are 2 levels. This property is for the downstairs. There were people upstairs. It sounded like a baby pounding walking across the floors, directly above us late into the night, around 11/11:30 and again early in the morning around 7:00AM. The house smelled of mold, especially in the kitchen. There are no linens on the beds or towels in bathrooms. We missed this in the listing. It’s at the end of description. We were able to contact the owner and get access to sheets & towels. Communication with owner was good and they were friendly but because of the challenges we faced we probably will not be returning.

Great area but house needs improvements

Probably the most bare bones vacation rental I have ever had. Being close to all the shops is nice. Actual house could use some improvements. It's not clear by the listing but the picture of the property is from the back so it looks like its 2 stories but you are on the bottom floor behind a shop. A lot of the furniture had sand still on it(there is only a single broom to clean with, no dust pan),all the interior doors are hard to shut and the main bedroom has one door that goes straight outside and the top hinge is not attached to the doorframe. TV's are incredibly small, we only had WiFi for half the week and after was spotty, kitchen is fairly bare bones (no oven, fridge freezes stuff in the fridge section, don't expect to be cooking meals here much). If kids come or more than one couple stays, the one bedroom only has a curtain for privacy. We barely were there so alot of it wasn't a big deal, but there are alot of little things that need changed.

Wonderful vacation

My husband, brother, Sister - in Law and our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location was perfect! The condo was extremely clean. There was plenty of space for all. My nephew even came down for a couple nights. Michael is very responsive, by email, phone and even in person. After reading other reviews. I will agree that you can hear the upstairs tenants but it is to be expected and it was not disruptive. The gas grill and tables came in handy, we used them twice for dinner. I would definitely stay here again! The location and cleanliness makes this condo ideal. It was exactly as promised. Thank you Michael.

Great location, subpar stay

The location of this property is great, we were able to walk to everything rather than drive. Im glad it was just my husband & I as the main AC was not working upon arrival & it was quite warm in the house. We informed the owner & he said he'd have someone come the next day but no one showed. The master bedroom ac did work so we mainly stayed in that room. I was a little shocked at how tight the kitchen was, I guess pictures can be decieving. Also, not sure if it was just that the people staying above us were extra loud or just thin walls but it sounded as if they were moving furniture around above us. That was a bit annoying when we were trying to sleep. Because of all of this we tried to go out as much as possible. Great location but cant say I'd stay here again.
