Fabulous beach villa! This newly remodeled private home has new beautiful kitchen, new flooring, stainless appliances, flat screen TV's in family room and all the bedrooms, and new linens and decor. The lush landscaped courtyard, with built-in barbecue and fire pit, make this hideaway the perfect beach home! Enjoy the wet bar while relaxing to the surround sound theater system or watching the sunset! Just steps to the sandy shores of Mission beach where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the boogie boards, surf board, beach toys, sun chairs, and umbrella available for your use! Four bikes are provided for you to explore Belmont Park or ride the Boardwalk. You'll have a blast!

This beach villa is perfect for family getaways. It has a good selection of pots & pans, including a crock pot, coffee maker, plates, bowls, utensils, and silverware. Property also has two parking spots which if you are familiar with San Diego you know are gold. Overall great property.

The home was in a perfect location about 50 yards from the beach and it had all the perfect amenities from beach chairs , bikes , beach toys etc . Had a very nice front area with barbecue grill , gas fire pit and outside dining table . The inside was really clean and modern with all the amenities you need . The property had a garage and separate parking which was great . My only complaint is that the internet was unstable and it made the tv go in and out of service and the other big complaint is the property had no Air conditioning, which I wasn’t aware of , it was so hot that we could not even sleep comfortably,if I would know it had no AC I would of not booked it . But the property was excellent and on an excellent location . I would highly recommend the owners to invest in a mini split air conditioner, won’t cost a fortune and definitely will make future guests very happy .

The villa was ideally located. Just off the main boardwalk so we didn't have constant foot traffic in front (though that wouldn't have been a problem), close enough to coffee and ice cream and breakfast places, easy to access by car but off major streets. Quiet, comfortable, roomy, light, private. Parking was easy enough and quite secure (garage and additional space). Really a perfect spot for a family escape. Thanks!!!

Property was beautiful and had every single thing you could think of! Distance to the beach was perfect. We never parked in the garage because we had a large vehicle but there was a spot beside the house that worked. Decor was cute and the house was very clean. We plan to stay here again! The host responded promptly when we had any questions. Definitely a gem!

This place really is a gem. It's a perfect little bungalow steps from the beach (and very close to the bay side, too). The house is set up perfectly for a group, with nice bedrooms/bathrooms and large, functional shared space. They've got everything you could want for the beach itself - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc. The front patio has lots of comfortable seating. It's also unique in the area by being all on one floor, which was great for accessibility for our older family member (there are a couple of steps to enter, so need to be able to do that, but once inside all is on one floor). We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely return!!

Delivers on everything

This is a great cozy home and a very easy stay. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit were great with some chilly evenings. Great family Beach House.

Our annual family retreat to Mission beach was tons of fun again! We have stayed in this beach villa several years and love it! The villa is clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay! As a result, we really just need to bring our clothes and a few personal belongings which makes life easy!

Fantastic Villa

The villa was exactly what we were looking for. Villa's decor was updated and clean. It was very well stocked for all of our needs. Instructions and communication with host was great. Would definately stay here again!!

Great home for family/friend vacation!

We loved our stay! We had four kids (under three) and four adults and the house was perfect! Very short walk to the beach and close to everything. Our stay was over Valentines Day and the owners left us a little basket and something for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

A little slice of heaven!!!

This is the best place I have stayed in SD. Perfect for a family and steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful front yard! Everything about the house is amazing and Liz was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Amazing Beach House

We have stayed here for the last 3 years and the new owners have upgraded the house so much. The little touches made the stay so much nicer. The house is a perfect location to the beach and Belmont! I would highly recommend this beach villa!

A lovely home for our Christmas stay

This property had what was undoubtedly the best equipped kitchen of any of the many BBRO & Air B&B properties we have rented over many years. It was spacious & nicely furnished with generous seating space in living/dining areas. It was exquisitely clean, check in & out was easy & Liz thoughtfully set up a small Christmas tree that was perfect, given the season! We’d definitely stay again!

Just 1 block from the beach and great location. We were impressed by how well stocked the property was with kitchen, beach amenities and towels. Nice grill and outdoor space. Multiple TVs with Dish Network.
