Location, location, location! 215 S. Water Street is a first-class condominium, conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Enjoy what downtown Wilmington has to offer from the comfort of a quaint, gated community.
This unit is located in the 2nd building - there are NO BALCONIES in this building (photo of complex is the street view). Beautiful entry courtyard and patio cafés across the street. Shop, dine, listen to live music, visit museums, all within a 2 block radius. Walk to the Azelea Festival, Farmers Market, Downtown Sundown Concert and any other downtown event.The studio has a king-size bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and washer/dryer, perfect for two. The unit is located on the second floor, with elevator access, and is steps away from the scenic Riverwalk. The studio is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated for an amazing stay. Parking is in the gravel lot next to the complex. During the summer months when humidity levels are high a portable dehumidifier is provided for use if needed.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect place for our last minute getaway. Very clean and easy to find. Amazing location if you want to be downtown but still enjoy a quiet spot. Kirby was a great host. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Wilmington.

Perfect Location

This is the second time we stayed in this condo in Wilmington. The host is super helpful making check-in very stress-free. Can't beat the location as a home base to explore diwntown WWilmington

Great stay

We loved the location and being able to walk downtown. Our host was very kind and quick to respond. He greeted us by message the day we checked in and thanked us for staying at check out! We really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect Location with great views of the River

This location was excellent for being in close proximity to the Riverwalk and bars/restaurants. Nice that parking was included. Host was extremely responsive to all our questions!

All we needed!

We were in town for a wedding this weekend at The Atrium with another event at Pour. This location was perfect for both events! Great coffee shop within walking distance (Maroon Monkey) as well as great restaurants just a short river walk away too. Kirby provided great directions for check in/out and our stay! Very easy to communicate with and super responsive! We will certainly stay again!! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Everything was perfect about this stay. Kirby was super attentive to any questions we had and even provided great suggestions on places to go out to eat in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, even the neighbors in the area were pleasant. We planned on being out and about most of the time so this provided us with just enough space to enjoy ourselves. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to everything in the downtown Wilmington area. 10/10 recommend and we will be back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

The one bedroom unit was perfect for a 2 night stay in downtown. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet and perfectly located to all that downtown Wilmington has to offer. The host was receptive and responsive to all our questions and very helpful overall!

Nice location off the riverfront

Nice simplistic efficiency with perfect location and proximity to the river walk. Parking was simple thanks to host. Host was communicative and answered texts and calls timely. Location was quiet at night even with all of the riverfront events. Neighbors didn’t bother and weren’t loud either. We would have no issue staying here again and will be watching for this spot for our next trip to Wilmington.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

Great little place tucked into a quiet little corner, yet convenient to shopping and restaurants - less than a block away from the spectacular sunsets over the Cape Fear River. Bathroom is spacious. Kitchen area is snug. Wish that there was room for a sitting area with two chairs instead of one. Other than that, it was just what we needed. Note that parking is included, but there is not a designated spot for the unit. The owner will provide you with updated information that is different from what VRBO provides. He was great with communication.

Wéekend Getaway

Location! Location! Location! This rental is PERFECT if you want to park and have everything within walking distance. Little kitchen to make a meal or two, or to just store leftovers and snacks/drinks. Very clean! Perfect for a couple! Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Just ok

The gate to the property was broken. The room next door was under construction so we had to ask them limit their work times so we didn't have to listen to the work. Most of th utensils needed to be cleaned. There was hair in the shower, and dirty towels on the washer. Location was the best thing.

Perfect location

Lovely studio apartment one block from the river. Great location near restaurantsand bars, yet the apartment was nice and quiet. Perfect for a couple looking for a weekend away. The owner was very helpful and made sure that we got into the apartment with no issues. Very easy to follow instructions for parking. Will definitely stay here again next timevwe are in Wilmington.

When we first moved to Wilmington we lived downtown. We absolutely loved the downtown area and what it has to offer. You can enjoy the riverwalk, live music, live shows, great art, dinner cruises and many wonderful restaurants. This property is only 10 - 15 minutes to local beaches.
