Location, location, location! 215 S. Water Street is a first-class condominium, conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Enjoy what downtown Wilmington has to offer from the comfort of a quaint, gated community.
This unit is located in the 2nd building - there are NO BALCONIES in this building (photo of complex is the street view). Beautiful entry courtyard and patio cafés across the street. Shop, dine, listen to live music, visit museums, all within a 2 block radius. Walk to the Azelea Festival, Farmers Market, Downtown Sundown Concert and any other downtown event.The studio has a king-size bed, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and washer/dryer, perfect for two. The unit is located on the second floor, with elevator access, and is steps away from the scenic Riverwalk. The studio is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated for an amazing stay. Parking is in the gravel lot next to the complex. During the summer months when humidity levels are high a portable dehumidifier is provided for use if needed.

This was the best VRBO I have ever been to! The communication with our host Kirby was amazing. He and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had an AMAZING stay! The location is PERFECT for seeing all the sights, walking the river and eating at geead Resturants. Will stay again and recommend to everyone!

The studio is conveniently located to a large number of restaurants, shopping and unique watering holes. The unit itself was adequate but not particularly updated. It is a matter of personal preference, but we found the mattress to be too soft. Good overall stay and again - great location!

Location, Location, Location. This little studio condo was right off the riverwalk. Perfect little place for my boyfriend and I to visit my daughter in college. Everything was clean and well kept.

This is the perfect location for the downtown area. Everything is walkable. Close drive to see the houses of one tree hill. Super clean. Would stay here again

Kirby was very welcoming and accommodating as a host. Great communication and smooth check in process. The home is cozy, well furnished and pleasant. Kirby even provided restaurant and menu recommendations for us, which were very helpful. The location is great - we easily walked everywhere! We were steps away from Riverwalk, great restaurants, shops and lots of fun things to do!

In town for the Ironman. Perfect location. Host was super communicative, both before and during our stay. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed. In the middle of tons of great bars, restaurants, etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was perfect and exceeded our needs. Parking was convenient and included. The location made it easy to hop around downtown. The host was fabulous with communication prior to and throughout the stay. The host went above and beyond to quickly return a left item. I would 100% recommend and will stay again.

When we first moved to Wilmington we lived downtown. We absolutely loved the downtown area and what it has to offer. You can enjoy the riverwalk, live music, live shows, great art, dinner cruises and many wonderful restaurants. This property is only 10 - 15 minutes to local beaches.
