I was looking forward an alternative to a hotel room. This place was located within a historic house near downtown, and it was walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Spacious and clean, the apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Vrbo in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect, close to nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and everything downtown has to offer. It was also an easy drive to the beach, which made it a great spot for both relaxing during the day and enjoying Wilmington in the evening.

Beautiful setting in the historic district. Very short, walk to the Riverwalk and the downtown shops. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch of this beautiful home.

Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!

Great location and great property

Great location within walking distance to so much- shopping, restaurants, bars. Loved the property and will definitely be staying here again.

It was so easy checking in and out. Property was so great and conveniently located to downtown. Once we grabbed a few groceries we never used our car again. Walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping and river viewing. The porch sitting was also so nice had cocktails and snacks on the porch the weather was so nice!

Everything about Fredonia on Front was perfect! Off-street parking was a nice plus! So was the snack basket when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and they even provided ear plugs in case the street noise bothered us…It never did! Thank you to Curt for making our visit heavenly! We will be back for another visit to Wilmington!

Great location

We wanted to be close to the river and restaurants in Wilmington this was a great location. We took a couple of day trips from this location which was easy to get on the beach hwys from the VRBO.

great location. close to town but beach is easy drive too. loved being able to sit on the porch in the shade on a rocking chair to read or just enjoy the outside. comfortable bed; good water pressure for shower and overall nice surroundings with coffee provided.

The place was just as described, clean and decorated nicely. The owners left amenities like soaps, coffee and ear plugs which were needed because you're right on front Street so you can hear the traffic. The location was really great! We walked to most places and the places we drove to didn't take that long to get to. We would definitely stay again!
