If you prefer a quaint retreat, you will love SUMMERSPELL 303. It is perfect for couples, small families and 'girl getaways' at an affordable price.

Slow down, sit back and enjoy yourself. Our hope is that you feel right at home and make wonderful memories.
A crosswalk for easy beach access, as well as a bike/walking path, run right in front of our complex.

Great location

This was an amazing property right across from ocean. Pool was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

Great condo! Very nice and has everything you need, love that it’s right across the road from beach and close to everything. Views were beautiful and the master bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Awesome Owners

Condo was so cute and felt homey. Less than 2 min walk to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Alec and Kay were fantastic... so sweet and accommodating!!

Love Summerspell and this Condo!

Relaxing week

The condo had everything we needed. The balcony with beach view was excellent. There was easy access to everything. We enjoyed the walking trails, beautiful beaches and great seafood!

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Summer Spell and hope to return again. Unit provides everything you need with a convenient location across the street from a beautiful beach. And walking distance from Pompano Joe's! Management company was responsive to questions during our stay.

Summer Spell

We have stayed at this property multiple times and always enjoy it. The location to the beach is great, with fantastic view of the ocean and the fact it is off of the main roadway makes it less hectic. Kay is always very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Experience

The condo is absolutely amazing with beautiful decor & a great view from inside & outside the condo. Kay was great to work with and offers hospitality at its best. We will be back and look forward to more beautiful sunsets.

Perfect place!!!

Perfect place to stay with your family! Pictures do not do it justice!!! Kay is an absolute pleasure to work with! The quiet and quaint little condo community's the balcony overlooks the pool with an amazing oceanview! The condo has absolutely everything you would need in it! We will definitely be staying here again!

The perfect view of the beach.

We loved the location and the view and everything it was perfect. We will for sure be back. The condo was clean the sheets were refreshing on the comfortable bed. I wished we would have booked a longer stay. Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay for 4 to 5 people this condo is perfect. And Kay was always there when I needed her and answered every question I had.

Fabulous Stay at Summer Spell 303!

It was a wonderful condo with a great view! We had everything that we needed in the condo with the beach directly across the street. It was in a very convenient location with restaurants, shops, etc. all around us. It was a well needed vacation and expectations were exceeded. Thank you and we will come back next year!

Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Great location. The beach is right across the road. Very comfortable condo for my wife and I. Loved the deck. Spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub area. We loved walking down the beach to breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. We’ll be back.

Just as pictured!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Comfortable bed and furniture. Owners were very helpful. The beach was right across the street. Beautiful, cool, white sandy beaches. Great restaurants within walking distance. Unit was just as pictured.

Amazing Condo with a spectacular view!

Summerspell did NOT disappoint. Perfect size for my husband and I. Fantastic view and great value. It was close to everything and Kay was available for any questions we had. The condo is on the 3rd floor but the steps weren’t bad at all. Very comfortable bed and we are already planning to book again for next year!

Nice condo, close to beach!

Kay was very accommodating. She kept in contact throughout the week to make sure if we needed anything. We definitely appreciated her hospitality. The condo is up to date. Nice master king size bed. Close to the beach and Pompano Joe's. Will definitely be back!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived early and our door code wouldn't work yet but after a phone call that was solved. My only complaint which probably has no solution is when it is windy you can here the wind howl outside the bedroom window but that's not the owners fault. Overall was happy with our stay.

We live locally and have always wanted a beach getaway. The time was right when we found Summerspell 303. Summerspell is a favorite among locals for it's quaint size, magnificent, unobstructed views and great location.
My husband is an avid fisherman and if you are interested in fishing during your stay, he will be happy to share information and answer questions.
We just love to sit and gaze at our spectacular emerald waters and white sand. We appreciate that we live in such a beautiful place and want to share that with you.
We decided to try to manage our beach getaway ourselves to be sure that it meets the standard that we would expect for our guests. As locals, we have tried to provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and fun things to do.
We will try to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
