Our newly renovated condo (May 2020) is a perfect get away for families looking for the ease and enjoyment of an OCEAN FRONT unit! New Sliding door, Trex Deck and high top chairs (Summer 2021). Views from the family room, the kitchen and the deck will not disappoint. It is located high enough on the second floor, to see comfortably beyond the dunes. From the time you wake up in the morning, until you say goodnight, you will enjoy the peaceful sight and sound of waves crashing in the ocean.

Newly renovated kitchen with cabinetry, quartz countertops, flooring throughout, recessed lighting (2020) and much more will provide you and your family with wonderful vacation memories!

Family room overlooks the deck with oceanfront views. Two new coaches for the 2023 season!

Just steps from the oceanfront pool and beach, you will have the luxury of walking out your front door and crossing the dunes to the beach. No need to lug toys and beach apparel in a cart or a car.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, with a master bath. The Second bedroom contains a full sized bed, and 2 twin beds. In the alcove of the hallway, there is a set of bunk beds. In total, the condo will sleep 7 people comfortably. Both bathrooms contain a bath tub/shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, a new refrigerator (2021) microwave (2020) and new stove (2020). Pull a stool up to the island, and enjoy your morning cup of Joe!

Great OBX ocean view

Maura's condo had a beautiful ocean view. It was spacious and very clean. Loved staying in the town of Duck, NC. with the nearby restaurants and shops and boardwalk. Very enjoyable!

Beautiful and comfortable beachfront property in the OBX

Lovely 2 bedroom unit with stunning views of the Ocean. Close to Duck and all the vacation essentials. The listing accurately describes the unit. Note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Washer and dryer

The condo was great. We didn’t realize that the washer and dryer was not private in the condo so that was a surprise. But we read on and saw that u did post that later in the listing. It was really our mistake for not reading farther. We did do a few loads and turned out fine. Wish it had an elevator too.

Perfect Property!

This condo is immaculate! Sooo close to shops and restaurants and RIGHT on the beach. Maura was very easy to get ahold of with questions and concerns. This was perfect size for my family of 5 and enough space to spread out. We have stayed here before and it is always just right!

A great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, modern and was stocked with pretty much everything that we needed. The location was wonderful - close to shops, restaurants and a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony for that morning cup of coffee. The kids loved the pool. My husband enjoyed using the charcoal grills on the property. It was everything that we expected and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Condo is in the perfect location! Great views of the ocean. Easy to walk or bike into Duck for shopping or checking out the many wonderful restaurants. Condo has been recently update and looks great! Clean and has everything you need. We had a wonderful week 😊

Great Time in Duck!

Great location and very clean! The area was fun and our first time to OBX. Great view from the deck and all the needed items were in the condo. When we arrived we needed to make our own beds (linens provided by a service and left at the door), but that was the only surprise. Great place for a relaxing getaway-

We loved the place, so close to the water and I loved getting shells. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Anything you would need was there in the kitchen. Great location!!!

Ocean bliss

Easy walking access to Duck shopping and boardwalk. Beach access has a nice boardwalk. Perfect unobstructed ocean view of sunrise. Comfy high deck chairs. Condo kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms and living room/dining areas were comfy. The owner responded quickly to inquiries. No negative issues. Highly recommend.

Vacation September 2023

Wonder views from the deck of this condo, we sat watching the ocean and having cocktails in the evening. Condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The bathrooms could use some updating and the kids bedroom needs to have the beds tightened up. Overall the host was easy to deal with, definitely would stay again!!! The views are just beautiful!! Pour a coffee and watch that sunrise it is breathtaking from this deck!!!

Overall good spot to stay and I would recommend. The owners clearly care for the property and,the outside of the condos are getting upgraded improving the complex overall.

Nice Stay @ Sea Colony

The wife and I had a very nice time visiting the Outer Banks. The Condo was very nice, it was stocked with all your needs. The balcony view and pool were great, and beach awesome we had a wonderful time. We were kept entertained helping Larry (maintenance man) catch a motherless week old baby deer so he could take to wildlife rescue. He did finally rescue her thankfully because it wouldn't of lasted to much longer with no food. I would rent this condo again.

Listing and check in could be better

Listing stated out of date information, such as linens, Wi-Fi, receiving of code. Also it was very windy when we were there and you could hear the wind very loudly whistling through the house. We finally figured out it was coming through the bottom of the front door, and we stuffed paper towels in there to stop it. So needs to be re-sealed. Place was very clean, cute, and great view otherwise.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo!

We just got home from this amazing place and want to go back immediately. The location is just perfect, and the condo is in great shape. Our 13 year old son stayed in the second bedroom, and could have slept 2-3 more kids in that room. Our daughter decided to stay in the "hallway fort" which could have slept another kid. The master suite was huge, secluded and comfortable. The property itself is pretty worn down, but that doesn't take away from the best beach we've ever been on. We used the tennis courts, which were fine. There is evidence of a swing set and basketball court, but those are no longer usable. We'd come back to this exact unit without a second thought. Just wonderful!

Lovely Views and a Great Condo

This property was just as described. The views from the deck are amazing. The place was spacious enough for our family of four (and each kid got their own set of bunkbeds which made them happy!). It was clean and ready to go. You will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags - but the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. I would recommend a stay here and would return!

Beach reunion

We had a great time as a family. Two bedrooms/bath worked well for my husband and I and our 2 sons. Awesome view of the ocean from the deck. The unit was clean and light. The host responded quickly when we had a problem with the lock. The only issues we had were a lack of towel racks in the front bath and towels and dish cloths to use in the kitchen. I would have brought these and paper supplies if I had known they wouldn’t be available..

When we walked in our property for the first time, we were stunned and shocked that it had such a wonderful and unobstructed view of the ocean. Having two bedrooms, and a total of six beds, we knew that it would be comfortable to vacation here with three growing children!
