Our vacation rental units were newly remodeled with your comfort in mind and come fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll find an idyllic waterfall at back yard. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit!
PLEASE NOTE
* There is NO window in living room.
* Check-in time: 4 pm - 9 pm
* Check-out time: 10 am
* Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to stay for safety.
- There is a small un-fenced pond in the backyard.
* Pets are not allowed on the premise including parking lot.
* Boat, camper, RV cannot be parked.
* Only registered guests may use this facilities.
* Quiet time is between 10:30pm - 6:30am
* Cannot clean or cook fish indoors.

The house was remodeled with a modern finish to ensure a spotless, welcoming home for our guests. Each bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with blinds to help our guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun.
The kitchen features for cooking and fully stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals and beverages.

Our condo was immaculately clean and VERY conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Seward marina with all of its attractions and eateries. There are two bedrooms both with 2 queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and the living room space is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful stay! The host personally walked us thru the check in and the area was spacious and very comfortable. My favorite part was the natural spring in the backyard. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a great location and place for our stay in Seward. The owner is extremely nice and met us to tour the suite and answer any questions we had. It was nice having two separate bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and quite.

Clean, comfortable, quiet setting on edge of town
Steven was great host. House is clean and in great location on edge of town. We loved that there are two beds in each of the two bedrooms. We'd stay there again!

Fantastic spot in Seward!
Steven was a wonderful host & the property was even better than it looked online! Very clean, well stocked, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely outdoor deck & waterfall area. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boat tour, coastal trail & sea life center, but off the main road so it was quiet at night. The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in Seward!

Superb Alaskan experience!
Absolutely beautiful backyard. Close to main tourist area - we walked to our boat tour! Many restaurants on "the strip". Everything you want in a vacation home! Would stay here again for sure.

Seward
Host was very friendly and welcomed us to our chalet. The unit was very clean and well maintained and included a private deck with view of waterfall. Wouod definitely stay here again!
