Right across the street from a great family beach, this condo sits in a nice neighborhood surrounded by multimillion dollar 3 story homes. Nice pool and deck area located in front of bldg #2. Partial ocean view from shared front balcony, this unit is located on second floor (no elevator) and has one reserved parking spot. Restaurants, fishing pier, para-sailing, mini-golf, bike/scooter/golf-cart rental all within walking distance. Cherry Grove is a family beach with most neighborhoods containing single family homes. If you also want some excitement and night-life, world famous Myrtle beach is a short drive south. Also nearby: Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre, Legends, dozens of golf courses, scores of restaurants. Wilmington,NC (1.5 hours), Charleston, SC (3 hours). Wonderful place to spend a vacation!

This place was perfect. It’s right across from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. It was great for a weekend stay. They do have everything you need if you were staying longer (pans, silverware, and dishes).

Condo was very clean and communication was excellent! The location was awesome and a very quiet neighborhood. Just one negative… the water /shower pressure is lacking and it was difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. But all in all, a great place and I would stay here again and recommend.

All was very nice except bathroom,shower was terrible!Hot and cold water hard to adjust ,shower head had no water pressure and toilet very low to floor for a taller person.There was only 2of us,so we managed .The condo is very nice,but bathroom definitely needs to be updated.This was our 3rd year staying here and the location is great.Bathroom has gradually gotten worse each time.

The efficiency condo was very clean, had a beach view from across the street, 2nd floor access very easy to navigate. A wonderful experience including easy communication with the owner who also shared favorite sites to visit.

This condo unit is ideal for those who love the beach. It is directly across the street from beach access and in short walking distance from restaurants, ice cream, and a grocery store. The unit was clean and well-kept. The owner was an excellent communicator and was helpful. Be mindful that this listing is more ideal for 2 people. Although it can accommodate 4, it was a stretch navigating the room with my wife and 2 daughters. It didn’t bother us too much as we were not in room very often. Also, avoid driving a bigger vehicle if possible. You will have a designated parking spot, but parking is tight. For the price, cleanliness, beach accessibility, and owner communication, it can’t be beat!

Take a photo of the check in instructions that are messaged from host because cell service is limited before getting onto the WiFi (I have AT&T). Hand written information regarding unit WiFi isn’t current, so with limited cell service we struggled getting settled at first, but once we did get settled we had no issues.

Anniversary Vacation

The condo is in the ideal spot for beach , stores, resturants etc... We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean , quiet and rwlaxing place to stay. The owner was very quick to respond and help out. We liked it so much we have booked an October Vacation at the same place. Very clean , loved this place!

Cherry Grove Mini Vacay

It was a short trip but fit our basic needs perfectly. Great location! We were thankful that an umbrella and chairs were provided. The rocking chairs outside were a plus!

Great for a quick getaway!

A small cute place for a quick getaway for my husband and me at a great price. Slightly musty smell and the bathroom could use an update, but the location was great and it was a nice quiet area.

We chose this condo location because it is a short walk to the beach (which is usually not over-crowded), it has a great pool, the beach is very wide and flat (except at high tide) and there are lots of families that vacation in this area.

The Tahitian design of the interior was an immediate eye-catcher. Once we also saw the pool and beach we were sold. Bought it on the spot!
