Amazing paradise! The management staff was very responsive. A broken fridge was fixed the same night. Loved the private plunge pool. Already booked to return next summer!

Amazing villa in Fish Bay! The area was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It’s conveniently located close to Cruz Bay while still offering easy access to Coral Bay and some of the island’s beautiful beaches.The host was amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process—from booking to our arrival and departure. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay again!

Beautiful property with amazing views over the bay. Only issue we had was with the large amount of bugs/insects, especially in the open air bathroom where there were swarms of mosquitos.

Home is impeccably clean, well planned out, away from the noisy city but close enough to get to town easily. We had one issue with refrigerator and stove not working when power returned, but it was addressed quickly. Could not have had a better vacation. thanks for all the extra perks during the stay!

This was our second stay at Ted's home. All the accommodations, including all the little things that makes this home feel so special was perfect. It's truly a special place for us. Even more so of late. We hope to return some day soon. Special thanks to Hannah and her team, as we were running late upon arrival. A special request for future visitors to donate to the St John Animal Care Center...a worthy organization and cause.

Wonderful trip great location and hospitality

A quick get away for my wife and I. This location was secluded and quiet. Was great to unwind after the days adventures. Easy to get to a store when needed

This place is a hidden gem. While we were ready to escape reality for a few days we didn’t have access to wifi/internet despite multiple requests so this made it challenging to be able to plan where to go or how to get there.

Nice stay away from town

Check in was easy with being met at ferry and lead to the location. Roads were narrow and some crazy turns to get there.

Romantic and Special

Our stay was wonderful. Location is secluded but still accessible to Cruz Bay. The views here are breathtaking. The pool is a wonderful addition, especially if you get a chance to watch the Stars. It very much feels like a home while you're staying there. You certainly need a rental car as well as be adventurous in your driving skill.

Great Villa

We loved the Villa. Its location is very nice and it's an easy 12 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Just relaxing on the porch was nice. Lots of plants around the porch and the villa give it a nice feel.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here. This place is wonderfully outfitted and feels secluded, but not so much that a 15 minute drive can't get you to Cruz Bay! Tons of vegetation both outside and inside to just make this place feel so comfy and relaxing! The pool was well maintained and the grill was ready, which we took advantage of both.The host is very pleasant and available if needed, although you won't need anything to enjoy your stay!

everything was clean and such a nice vibe. Only issues were we had a reaction to the pool, idk if it was the chlorine or the pool noodles. But bad rashes all over our arms. Then the no hot water and bathroom having a large amount of mosquitoes was a bummer. Everything else was great, location, view, the house, the plants. we loved it and would return again.

Great spot in Fish Bay

Perfect getaway villa for my wife and I after a hectic wedding week. Outstanding amenities, nothing extra needed to bring except your clothes. Ted is a super friendly and gracious host.

Great place to enjoy St. John

The house and view were beautiful. Clean. Great kitchen. Stocked with everything we needed and more. Ted was a great host and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
