Aloha.
Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Kihei Kai Nani searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us.

Snag one of the best deluxe units available for rent in all of South Kihei at dynamite rates for a great time on Maui. This is an absolutely incredible condo with Wailea looks at a Kihei price and only 15 seconds to an Awesome beach!

This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!

Two person max occupancy. 1 bedroom. NO sleeper sofa.

Wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the unit was exceptional, and the location was great as we just walked across the street to jump into the ocean. The beach across the road was excellent—quick bites to eat nearby and centrally located to anything from Wailea up the coast. Did not have one issue with anything in the unit, and communication was excellent with the owners.

South Kihei Gem

This condo was exactly as described, 10Condo was clean, very well appointed, great A/C, large bathroom, location was excellent, just steps from the beach, and steps from restaurants and lounges. Property was very nice, parking was no issue at all. Host was very respondent, with excellent communication before, during and after.Overall, an outstanding trip. We’ll definitely be back to use this one again.

Hidden Gem in Kihei

I’ve stayed in Kihei many times over the years, but this condo truly stood out. The interior was beautifully done, I especially loved the stonework, which gave it a unique and upscale feel. Being directly across from the beach was incredible; I could catch breathtaking sunsets on the sand just steps from the door. Plus, the location is perfect, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great restaurants and local markets. I’ll absolutely be looking to book this place again. Mahalo!

Amazing VRBO

The property was very beautiful and the property manager was onto of all communication. I was traveling for work but had ZERO issues plus the surrounding area was beautiful and had restaurants close by if you don't want to cook! Keep up the great work!

Wonderful Condo!

Loved that the condo was across the street from the beach for easy access to swimming with turtles and watching beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful condo!

This was our fourth stay at Kihei Kai Nani and first time in this unit. Wonderful location in the complex, incredibly clean, great hosts. Highly recommend this place! We’d rebook in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for Maui

Great location- easy access to the beach and all the attractions. Clean and well stocked. No washer dryer in unit, but laundry room on the property. Walk to great restaurants and multiple beach fronts.

Great Stay

This condo is in an awesome location. This is the second time we have stayed in this property. It has great amenities. It was clean and has been kept up really well. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen is great. The owners were very responsive to messages.

close to perfection close to the beach

Second stay at this property did not disappoint . My wife absolutely loves this location and is our go to while in Kihei. Can make it to beach or Freds in 1 min . Easy walk to almost everything in Kihei . The location and condition of this property are amazing . Well equipped with everything we need, from kitchen ware , to beach chairs . Super clean Will be back in 2025 for sure . Thank you Mark and Pam .

Perfect Spot In Maui

This was our first time in Maui, and we wanted a central spot in the west side. The apartment was beautiful and updated and in a perfect location. There were beach chairs/gear to use as well as coolers and such. The place was so clean and perfect for a two person stay.

Nicely updated condo close to the beach. We had a great time!

The complex is clean and quiet. The unit is very nicely updated, clean & comfortable. Laundry, pool & grills shared. Private lanai off parking lot but right across from the beach. Restaurants & shops close by. We had a great time & would rent again if we come back to Maui.

The perfect location!

This condo was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home. It has everything you need for your vacation. Location is absolutely key about this property. Restaurants, shops, and beach just a minute walk from the condo. Mark and Pam were great host who kept in contact from start to end. We will definitely stay at this condo on our next trip to Maui.

Magical vacation

Loved the place. Very comfortable for two people. Nice bed. Owners emailed to make sure we didn’t need anything which was nice. Great beach access within a few steps. Snorkeled there the entire time; swam with lots of beautiful fish and turtles. 🐢

We live in Washington State and bought our first Kihei vacation rental in a different complex - the Maui Vista in 2013 (#464736). It's been completely booked ever since and we've really enjoyed interacting with the guests and their Maui experiences. So much so that we decided to purchase this quality unit with the one thing we didn't have...an ocean view. We are offering this new unit at the same price points creating some incredible value.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and this is as close as you can get without breaking the bank. We're also next to some of my favorite watering holes. I'm talking crawling distance! Coupling those with an lanai ocean view and being able to offer it at such an affordable price, we couldn't pass it up. Our hope is you can't either.

Ground Floor Lanai Ocean Views are almost unheard of, but we have one. Also, this complex has NO elevators. only stairs, so NO lugging luggage, groceries, beach gear or golf bags up and down stairs with our unit. This is also a true 'walking vacation' rental with Wailea looks at an affordable Kihei price & 15 seconds to an awesome beach. Together with the complexes amenities, Olympic size swimming pool and the 55 inch TV in this sought after building #1 unit....you can't go wrong.
