Maui Permit STPH2015/0006. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, (sleeps 2) fully equipped & newly renovated kitchen, FREE WIFI, new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, new queen bed, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs (2), outdoor covered lanai with dining table, indoor and outdoor hot showers. Perfect climate, walk to Haiku (only 100 yards to Haiku Cannery!) with 6 great restaurants, Colleen's at the cannery, Nuka, Veg-Out, amazing Fuzionfit workout & Mangala Haiku yoga studio classes right across the street also convenient walk to Haiku Grocery store.

1.    Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. 
2.    Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited. 
3.    Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street.

What I appreciated most the cottage was the seclusion and serenity. Yet just a short walk to Haiku town center. I’ll definitely be back!

Quiet and convenient location, walking distance to food market, short drive to Paia and beaches. Responsive hosts, everything you need, even a washer and dryer.

Nice property in the north shore close to upcountry. Cute cottage with all working amenities, clean, and quiet. Loved having an outdoor shower and outdoor space.

Quiet cottage close to several great beaches, Haleakala and Road to Hana. Host provided many suggestions for places to eat and nearby activities. Great amenities included beach chairs, laundry, and options to watch movies. Kitchen well equipped.

Perfect spot close to shops, beaches and more!

Cute little cabin within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Just a few miles down the street to really awesome beaches! We loved it!

Nice place and so convenient!

This cute, clean little place is right in the heart of Haiku. You can walk to the store and a wonderful sushi restaurant! Communication with the host was great too.

Great cottage, fun location

The cottage had everything needed plus fun extras like an outdoor shower. It was quiet but a block from a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. We hope to stay again.

Lovely Cottage

Great cottage and location to explore the Road to Hana and that side of the island. Good covered lanai that had a refreshing breeze with many nature sounds. Good food at Colleen’s at the Cannery and Nuka. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant and quiet treasure

Perfect cottage! We were pleasantly surprised at how it felt like home the minute we walked in the door. Bed is super comfortable. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed.

Visit with family and friends

It was in the perfect spot to see family in Kula and Paia. Clean cute spot. No air conditioning but fan kept it comfortable. We plan on coming again.

Allyson is a great host. The property is in a quiet location with walking access to several great restaurants and the market. It is a perfect size for a couple. The location is nice if you want to get away from the big crowds. We had on evening where the high winds created a wide power outage. Just as it got dark the host had two flashlights delivered. That was very nice.

Great spot for our romantic adventure

It was a little challenging to find the home in the dark as it was hidden behind some other homes... but after we knew we were in the right location it was great. The home was clean and the owner provided everything we needed for adventures.

Would definitely come back here.

My husband and I both really enjoyed our stay here. Ally was really friendly and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I'm a nervous traveller and always worry that it won't be what I'm expecting but there was nothing to worry about with the cottage. This was the perfect place to relax after a long day.

Haiku Gem!

Loved this adorable cottage! It was absolutely perfect. All the charm of Haiku and the convenience was awesome! There wasn’t one thing I needed that wasn’t available in the cottage. Super cozy but with a bright beachy feel. Would book again in a heartbeat. LoveLoveLove!

Great property and location

Loved staying in upcountry Maui and the cottage was perfect for my husband and I! It was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a weekend away! The bed was comfy. The WiFi was spot on so my husband could watch the chiefs play. The coffee Ally left was delicious and perfect for our 2 mornings. The outside area and picnic table were private and quiet. Everything was wonderful and we definitely plan on staying there again! Mahalo!!

Perfect Location, Cute Beachy Cottage, 4 Miles to Hookipa, 6 to Paia Town

Alley's cottage is very nice small house in a small village haiku. It's the perfect place to start the trips all over maui. The quiet house is in a beautiful garden behind the owerns house. The house has all what you need - its very clean, bbq, outdoor shower, friendly owner, washingmashine, ..... The only thing is a car to get there and start your tripps. All in all its a great place to stay

Delightful.

Perfect location and property. I have been before and did not want to be in tourist central again, and this fit the bill nicely. Centrally located to great snorkeling, swimming, and surfing beaches. (I don't surf, but it was cool to watch. There were also tons of turtles on the beaches just resting.) Fresh limes right off the tree! Walking distance to good restaurants and a grocery store with amazing poke. I also loved hearing the birds and frogs. It reminded me of when I stayed at a jungle-like place in Costa Rica - so peaceful.

Haiku Beach Cottage - Perfect location, great amenities!

"My friends needed a place to stay while on Maui for Kite Surfing and Stand up paddle boarding adventures. This Haiku Cottage was perfect! Just minutes from world famous Hookipa Beach Park, Kanaha and Kite Beach and walking distance to Nuka Sushi, Colleen's restaurant (get the Hangover Special for breakfast, da bomb!), Haiku grocery & Maui Kombucha. Everything they needed and more. Not to mention the owners even have Stand-up Paddleboards w/ racks that you can rent, right on property!! The cottage was beachy chic, very clean and bright and in a tropical setting. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and the cottage was equip with everything they needed. They felt like a local staying in Haiku and the waves and wind are awesome. They highly recommended this great little hideaway!!"

Lovely little cottage!

We really enjoyed this space. Great location in a little hamlet that has everything that you need (grocery store, food trucks, restaurants) all within a 5 minute walk. The cottage itself was clean and well appointed with lots of thoughtful extras such as beach gear (chairs, coolers etc) and a BBQ (which we used frequently). The kitchen was a good space for cooking meals and the lanai and backyard were great for hanging out after a day of touring around Maui. The only downside to this place (and certainly not something that our lovely host can change) is that there was a neighbor's dog who barked consistently throughout the day. For us, it wasn't too much of a problem but if this is something that would bother you, then it may affect your enjoyment of the place. Would highly recommend this one and if we visit Maui again, would stay here once more for sure!

Perfect Ohana Cottage

We never had a chance to meet Ally as we were always on the go but she was very responsive by text and totally helpful. The cottage itself is a fabulous up country getaway. A good size space for one person or a couple with all the kitchen and living room equipment you would need and a very comfortable bed. If you are concerned about the lack of air conditioning, don't be. Haiku is very temperate and gets a lot of overnight rain (which is a very effective lullaby) so with the nice breeze that comes through, the cottage is completely comfortable. If you are familiar with Maui, the location in Haiku is very convenient and there is a market and a couple good restaurants just a few steps away as well as yoga studios close by with even more food, recreation, and shopping in nearby Paia.
