Great spot for our one-night stay in the Paia area. The location was perfect, especially being within walking distance of Mama’s Fish House, which was a huge plus for us. There’s also a great general store nearby where we could grab coffee and pretty much anything else we needed. The condo was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly pictured. Perfect walking distance to Mamas Fish House and a great jumping start point for the road to Hana!!! Very comfy cozy and safe area. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in this condo for 4 days in mid July as our starting point for exploring the road to hana and haleakala national park and it served us perfectly. We walked to the beach to watch the sunset and the sea turtles lounging in the sand was pretty cool. There is a store within walking distance to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee, as well as other lunch items. We explored Paia town and had lunch twice at Flatbread, all within a very short drive. If you are looking for convenient place to stay that is comfortable and well kept, i do recommend this condo. On a side note, we did the Maui Pineapple Tour on our way to Kaanapali and were very impressed with it. Make sure to have lunch at the general store there.

The property is very close to a nice beach and great restaraunt. The bathroom is beautiful and tiling and countertops. Fairly quiet given on the Hana road. Gret deal for a Maui stay.

Lovely apartment! Can see the ocean from the back balcony and only a short walk from the beach where we saw lots of sea turtles. Inside of the apartment is well furnished and everything was nice and clean.

Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.

Great location! Walking to the secluded beach was a joy. Lots of sea turtles and other creatures there. Designated parking spot for the unit means no searching for parking. There's a great little shop a very short walk up the road for breakfast and snacks. A minor downside was the front door would get stuck so it needed lots of jiggling to open.Note if planning on sleeping on the pull-out couch: The windows don't seal and the bathroom is on constantly. This creates negative pressure that constantly pulls in hot, humid air from outside. So the S/C can't adequately cool the living room if you sleep hot. The bedroom gets nice and cool though!

Such a great place to stay! Location could not have been better. Quiet neighbors, walking distance to Mama’s Fish house and the beach. Traffic can be a little loud, but that has nothing do to with the owner or space. We would stay here again!

The kitchen was awesome! It even included a blender!The shower was awesome until the drain wasn't working but managed to clean it out without involving the host! Did let the host know after getting it cleaned out for them!Quick response of a Thank you!Laundry was fine!
