Great location. Communication and helpful tips on unit were great. Unit AC did have to be reset, but the note on that helped and there was not a need to call maintenance.

We had a great stay. This place was in such a convenient location. Access to the whole town square just downstairs. Such a clean environment. The host was great at communicating. Would highly recommend

The unit is beautiful and well appointed. Would definitely stay again during off season. Cons: It was very loud being located on the square. Parking is also a challenge. The majority of the time we had to park 2-3 blocks from the building. There are only a few spots designated for the building and they were always full. Pros: easy walk to all kinds of food options and shopping. Easy to get to the beach access point. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Perfect

Stayed over New Years weekend and this was a perfect location for all the activities. Beautiful view and condo was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Views

We spent the spring break holiday people watching from the balcony! With views of the ocean and easy access to the square this location was top notch!

Great little place, but narrow steps

Clean, organized, easy to navigate (except the steps), great central location. Good sleeping.

Great experience

My wife and I found Tequila Mockingbird to be an excellent place to stay at Seaside. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice view of the Gulf. The sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend it!

Excellent location and communication. Kitschy design is fun. You want to be a party of able bodied folks for the stairs between floors - in my 50’s and totally fine for me!

Great location

Unit was just perfect for our needs. Only negative was the early morning noise created by a company doing power washing right below the unit for a nearby business.

Thanks for the review!! Sorry you had to deal with the noise from the store, but sometimes that comes with being in the location above the square. Sitting out on the balcony to watch the action is the best though!

Best Location, Great Apartment

I’ve been coming to Seaside for over 20 years and this is hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is amazing, but as a HUGE fan of To Kill a Mockingbird, this home just made my long weekend even more special. Pictures and description are accurate and our hosts communicated very efficiently. Loved every minute.

No parking

There is absolutely no parking for this unit, so I. Would not stay again. Very difficult to find any parking in Seaside. Also air conditioning is not reliable.

During your stay the entire building was having to be powered with a massive generator, and unfortunately, this took up most of the parking spaces and effected the AC units throughout. Seaside provides parking passes with the unit so you can park in and around Seaside without issue. Sorry for that inconvenience of the closer spaces being occupied by the generator. The AC for the building is fixed so shouldn't be a problem in the future.

VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION

The place was nice and convenient. there is a spiral staircase to the kitchen....It was very inconvenient. the stairs were narrow and were hard to use. I really struggled. I could not either TV to work. the buttons on the remotes were very hard to read.

In the middle of the Seaside action

This location is definitely in the middle of all the action! This was a plus and a minus for us. We loved the view and convenience, but did not love the crowds of teens in the evenings/night right outside and the very early morning maintenance - like power washing the streets at 6 AM. The beach is gorgeous and large. We also stayed in the Seacrest Beach/Rosemary Beach area and much preferred the Seaside/Watercolor/Grayton Beach area for the size of the beaches and variety of food options. We were a little disappointed with the pool options - we didn't end up using our access and wished we would have opted out and saved that $.

Our stay was great. Easy to find and easy check in. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. Very clean and a great amount of towels. Can’t forget the awesome view and location!

Amazing property and views. Very beautiful inside and out and we absolutely loved it! My husband are expecting our first child and I am 34 weeks pregnant. So the location was amazing and very convenient to everything in town. Walking distances were great to the beach, shopping, and entertainment. Will be booking again and bringing back our little one.
