Beautiful Updated 2 Bedroom Oceanside Condo In Key Colony Beach Florida!

This 2 bedroom condo is nicely updated to make your beach stay very comfortable.

It is a second floor unit (elevator available) and provides nice pool/ ocean/ and beach views from a private balcony.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet exclusive to the unit, and a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and 55” Smart TV. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a 32” Smart TV. The entry and second room closets are equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing poles, and other amenities for you to enjoy.

There are two bathrooms, one adjoined to the master bedroom and the other in the hallway to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have walk in showers.

The living room has a very comfortable leather sectional with automated recliners. The living room also has a 65” Smart TV for your use. There is access to the balcony from the living room.

The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are an open floor plan concept.

The grounds at Casa Clara are nicely maintained with palm trees, and tropical flowers.

You have access to the large salt water swimming pool, beautifully maintained white sandy beach, and our exclusive fishing pier complete with a fish cleaning station.

After visiting yearly for 26 years we have found a place that is maybe our new favorite. The unit was stocked almost like it was prepared by ourselves.

What a place

Fantastic

This is the nicest most well stocked rental we ever stayed at. The view is so peaceful. Natalie really has everything you need. Beach chairs, floats, boogie boards. The pool is very nice and has a full ocean view. We will be back.

Perfect in Paradise

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 2 glorious weeks. The weather couldn’t have been better (we never saw a raindrop). The condo was well stocked with everything you’ll need and was very clean. It was very quiet and the people there were really nice. The unit is well appointed with its nautical theme which made us feel like we were on vacation by the ocean. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this complex and we will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful condo

Perfect

We just stayed in this lovely condo for two weeks. It has everything you need and more. The second bedroom closet is full of beach gear. Natalie is the best host we’ve ever had. The pool is just beautiful with a shower and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Take a couple of steps down and you’re on Casa Clara’s private beach. There is also a private lighted fishing pier on the property. The pier is complete with everything you need even a pier hoop net. The second closest also has fishing poles and tackle. Overall this the best property we’ve ever stayed at. We will be back.

Key Colony Beach

We have stayed in Key Colony Beach many times. This condominium was cute, comfortable and very well-stocked with everything you need for your beach stay. The owner's welcome package information was very thorough and provided helpful information regarding the area, restaurants and activities. Our only criticisms are there was significant construction occurring on all of the units immediately adjacent to the pool which began very early in the morning, was quite loud and made it very difficult to relax at the pool. In addition, as noted in some of the other comments regarding the complex, although we certainly understand the necessity of rules and regulations, the security and monitoring by the staff and volunteers was a bit much. Overall, however, we would recommend the unit.

fantastic stay

This place is the best stocked unit we have ever stayed in. Everything was high quality right down to the beach chairs, pots and pans, linens and towels. The beds are heavenly and there are plenty of beach and bath towels. I absolutely loved the porch with the nicely padded, comfortable chairs and the view was fantastic -even though it is a side view. I felt like I was in a home - not a condo rental as there was nothing the owners did not think of. We cooked most meals in on quality cookware. There are loads of dishes and every appliance imaginable. The washer and dryer were an asset and laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Do not go to the grocery until you have a chance to check out all that is there - they save you a bit of money!! If you are looking for a loud party scene - this is not your place. Families with teens will probably be bored as Key Colony is more of a retirement atmosphere. The party is in Key West. We LOVED how quiet and respectful the tenants were and the manager is right on site if you have any concerns. There is enough beach area to be able to sit out under an umbrella and have the beach lap at your feet. I am already planning to go back next year.

Key Colony Vacay

We had a wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay at the Casa Clara condo. The unit fit all our needs and was well stocked. A nice side view of the ocean and dock. The deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Key Colony is a great central location and close proximity to many restaurants, beaches, kayaking, golf, boating and many other attractions. We look forward to coming back next year. J & C

September in the Keys

This was one of the best rentals we've done. The unit was very well stocked and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. The dedicated wifi in the unit was very fast. The condo manager Margie was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

With our busy daily lives we found this condo to be a private relaxing get-a-way! The property is well maintained and beautiful. If you want to stay busy there is a lot to do, but if you just want to relax there is no better view than the pool and beach area at Casa Clara!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes this property unique is the beautiful salt water pool that overlooks the white sandy beach (the beach is well maintained and cleaned daily). The other benefit that makes this condo great is the fishing pier. With the constant ocean breeze I can sit out here for hours watching the dolphins and turtles play.
