This Arvada home is located in an elite neighborhood, close to interstate…20 minutes away from downtown Denver, and an hour to the ski slopes! The main gathering place is the living/dining/kitchen, which has a coffee station for your morning enjoyment! Lots of natural lighting radiates throughout this fully (2022) remodeled home. The “fun” is in the game room and bar, equipped with both a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler, the movie theater room seats 12 with a HD projector for your movie entertainment, Disney Plus, ESPN, and more. Enjoy a cook-out on the covered patio, with a large gas grill, and plenty of seating. Great place for the whole family from little ones…parents…and grand parents, all under one roof with plenty of space for everyone. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN DRIVEWAY OR IN FRONT OF MY HOME…NOT IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET! NO KEG OR LOUD OUTDOOR PARTY’S AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE HOME! We have installed security cameras mounted on the exterior corners of the house to view the city streets, sidewalk, and driveway for your protection, as well as ours.

We had a wonderful stay! Home had everything we needed and host was amazing to work with. Our 2 families had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the theater room and basement game area!

This is a great place on the NW side of Denver. The house is huge with plenty of space for a large group/family to spread out. You could call it a split level with an additional lower level. The neighborhood is conveniently located, is quiet and well kept. Would make a great basecamp for your Denver and front range adventure.

We loved our stay at the Moore Court home in Arvada. It's an accommodating space with many fabulous amenities. I'm not sure which got the most use, the fully appointed kitchen or the plush home theatre where we watched the hockey playoffs and PGA golf championship. It's a fabulous retreat with enough bedrooms for a large family. Jan was a fantastic host who was very responsive and helpful. It was definitely a 10-star stay for us!

The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean & in place. Comfortable beds and loved having 2 king size rooms with private bathrooms. Great place to spend time with our family. Definitely going on our fav list for Arvada! Hosts were very attentive when we contacted them.

This home met all of our needs. The theatre room was a big hit. The home was clean and very modern. Location was perfect, and we found lots to do in the area. Thank you to the hosts, they were very accommodating to our questions throughout the process.

We stayed there for the National western Stock show. The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay here as it was perfect for our group!

Great house for a group

This place was perfect for our vacation. We went to Idaho springs, Rocky National Park, and Colorado Springs and this was a good central location. We enjoyed the back deck area, and the large kitchen. Really great place to stay!!

Perfect spot to host a family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed the safe neighborhood in a nice area of town. We were close to various attractions & some great restaurants. The house size is amazing & the accommodations were very nice.

Great space at central location

Family stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location to stay and visit Denver, Golden, Boulder and the Rockys. The movie theater was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Communication with owners was easy and quick.

The house is great, very spacious and welcoming. The theater is amazing! If you have a large group visiting the area this is definitely where you want to stay.

Great experience would recommend to friends and family.

A lot of room for a family vacation and fun with the movie room and game room. The house was very clean and lots of room that made my family very comfortable and homey . I loved the fire place In the main room made it very nice and cozy.

Winter vacation in Colorado!

The place is clean and have enough space for the entire family. It is within short driving distance to grocery stores and shopping centers. It is outside the Denver downtown area making it easier to travel to different destinations without the hassle of heavy traffic in the City.

Perfect house for our family trip to Denver area

Great location within 30 mins of nearly everything we wanted to do on our trip to Denver. House was a perfect size for our family of 6 giving everyone their space. Theater and gaming rooms were a nice plus as well. It had a nice little backyard with patio and grill, but we did not take advantage of it. Thanks for letting us stay!

Everyone was happy with their room.

The property was spacious with many rooms. Everyone was happy with their room and the common space that was available. The younger family members loved hanging out in the movie room. The host was very responsive when we lost our keys. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This quiet neighborhood, house has many things to offer, a game room and theater room for enjoyment, and plenty of places to "get ready" for your activities as well as a relaxing visit or cook-out on the covered patio in the private fenced yard.
