Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for Whale Watching

The ultimate in luxury, one of the few truly beachfront condominiums located right on Maui's famous Ka'anapali Beach. This spectacular oceanfront condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and breath taking views of Ka'anapali Beach and the West Maui Mountains.

It's adjacent to the world famous oceanfront Whaler Village Shopping Center. Take a moonlit stroll on the 1.5 mile promenade along the beach in front of all the Resorts. Lahaina Town is less than two miles away with 'open air trolley car' service each half hour. ***NEW CARPET INSTALLED in April 2019

A daily resort fee will be paid directly to The Whaler upon check-in. The current fee is $25/a day, but is subject to change. This fee covers onsite parking, WIFI, fresh clean towels at the pool, access to the gym etc...

**Our private lanai will be experiencing on and off construction as they complete the exterior paint project. Due to be completed by the end of April 2024.

The perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this condo and we enjoyed it even more this time. It is a beautiful condo located on Ka’anapali beach, which is a perfect location. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!

Excellent location

Beautiful, spacious condo in a fantastic location. Amazing views with a huge balcony on which to relax. Right on Kaanapali beach with Whalers village next dear. Easy to get around the island for excisions as well. Truly phenomenal, definitely recommend!

Beautiful views, perfect location

Perfect location and amazing views! Huge patio that was perfect for our larger family. Excellent location close to great restaurants, shopping, ands a short walk to black rock beach. We saw 2 types of dolphins from outside the building. Very friendly staff.

My Happy Place

Location is everything! The unit has gorgeous views, well equipped kitchen, is nicely decorated and lots of deck furniture on the balcony! A big bonus - beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella, even some snorkle gear! Wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound and sights of the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home away from home

The resort is wonderful. The views are spectacular. The property is immaculate with friendly staff and great amenities! The location is perfect on beautiful Kaanapali Beach with Black Rock just a short walk away for magnificent snorkeling! Shopping and dining are also right down the beautiful beach walk.

Amazing Stay!

The Whaler is the only place we will stay when we go to Maui 2 or 3 times a year. Location. Location. Location. Proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and everything else can't be beat. This beautiful penthouse unit has amazing views of the mountains, golf course and ocean. Can't wait to return!

Adult Family Vacation

Everything about the stay was beautiful. There is so much to do in and around the area. There was never a dull moment. We even enjoyed a distant view of the Lahina, 4th of July, fireworks from the lanai.

We had a fabulous time in the most incredible property!!! Absolutely outstanding from the accommodations to the extras of beach chairs, snorkels & masks, boogie boards, and more!!! Loved staying here!

We just returned from a week's stay at this lovely place! The condo was spacious and decorated very tastefully. The views from the lanais were spectacular with both oceanfront and mountain views! The large wrap around lanai was spacious to accommodate lounging and dining outside. The kitchen was also very modern, sleek and well stocked. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella were all provided, and the location of The Whaler was close to Whalers Village and great shops and restaurants and was perfect! Thank you for a fabulous week! We'd love to come back for another visit sometime! Aloha and Mahalo!

Awesome condo and location

The pictures didn’t do this condo justice. It’s top floor and has a wraparound lanai so you get mountain and ocean views. Rooms are super spacious and it is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation destination.

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Allowed my two adult children to work remotely while my husband and I vacationed. The large balcony on two sides offers incredible views of the mountains and the ocean.

Fantastic place!

LOVED this place! Was huge, with plenty of room for us all, and the two balconies were a plus! While we were there, the tradewinds were blowing pretty strong every day, as were the nice little rainstorms coming off the mountain. Depending on where the wind or the sun was, we would move from side to side to make it work best. Watched whales blow and breach all day and had rainbows every day. Close to fantastic dining and shopping too! LOVE Kaanapali and nearby Lahaina for shoppingnand fresh fish. Wonderful place to stay! I hope to return soon!

Perfect place to celebrate!

1273 at the Whaler is divine! Even better than the listing photos can capture. My mom cried when we first walked in and she saw the stunning mountains behind and the huge ocean in front. This condo is spacious, perfectly set up and tastefully styled and decorated, had everything you could think of. And fantastic for whale watching! Loved it!
