Best family vacation ever!

We have been visiting PCB for quite a few years and this condo, by far, was the best one yet! It was beautifully furnished, very clean with an awesome view over the beach and that swimming pool! Our host, Judy, was extremely nice and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous view and location right on the beach.

Clean unit, all we could need in the kitchen and plenty of room. It was in walking distance to a few fun tiki bars, restaurants and shopping at the Pier Plaza (within a mile). Truly enjoyed out time there and we will be back!

The unit was better than advertised. It was clean and very tastefully decorated. The photos on VRBO doesn't do it justice. The unit was also well-stocked with silverware, plates, glasses, etc. Easy access to the pool just one floor down. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Would Stay Again

Overall we had a great stay and would book this property again. There is some noise from the pool especially the last week when spring break activity picked up, but overall that was not an issue. Great having parking directly below the condo. Very convenient to keep our beach chair in the car. Fitness facility was very good.

Enjoyable Visit

The condo was clean and orderly. The wording of the double twin bunk bed led some in the party to believe there were 2 sets of bunk beds. However, the single set of bunk beds did match the pictures on the website.

Great stay!

The view and location were perfect. One elevator was broken when we got there, but got fixed the very next day. If you plan to cook, please be aware that you need to buy everything. No condiments at all and only one TP roll was provided for every restroom. Overall, great stay! We will definitely come back. The pool and hot tubs were a bonus!

Spring break getaway with Grand kids

Great time “hanging out” with four of my grandchildren( 8-23) everything was close by. Next time, and ‘Yes’ there will be a next time, we probably not rent a car. The pool was lovely and the beach was right in front of us! Everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves was in the condo. Thank you! A.

great beach too close to the pool

nice place but located 10ft above the main pool (located on 5th floor) so it is loud. beach view is obstructed by the 5th floor railing

GREAT PLACE TO STAY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT I GOT A WARNING ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE THE LETTERS FOR NATIONAL GUARD TAG WAS LISTED 1 WAY AND THE GUARD READ IT THE OTHER WAY THEN LISTED LEFT ME A WARNING

Really enjoyed out trip

We enjoyed the condo, but it could use a few updates. Ice maker was broke, appliances were older, furniture needed cleaning, along with the vents. Hall bath had mold in the shower. All easy fixes, and otherwise we enjoyed our time there!

Opinion

There was only one pool and spa open, so that made the one pool and spa very crowded. There was never a time when we could enjoy the spa. VRBO needs to state in the advertisement about the parking fee. I have never stayed at any resort where there was a parking fee.
