Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Colorado will feel like your second home. A-STRP-23-1214

Adorable and well thought-out setup and stocked with the necessities. The location was phenomenal and the views were priceless. What a wonderful experience for my family visiting Colorado for the first time.

Great location

The location was in a great location for all the things we wanted to do around Colorado Springs. Big kitchen and dining space, comfy beds and a quiet street. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Comfort

The stay was good for the most part. Areas of improvement: The couch downstairs is broken and needs replaced. Thus with that being the only living area to relax, it was not comfortable. There were complaints online about this in 2023 and it was not rectified since. The bunk bed in the bedroom was loud with any movement, that also needs fixed. The pillows smelled of body odor. No other complaints.

Long weekend with granddaughter

The house was very nice and met our needs perfectly. Wish the ice machine didn’t work, downstairs bedroom tv did not consistently work and the couch downstairs has a pretty large gap in the back that you can really slip into if you’re not careful. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great first visit to Colorado Springs

Overall happy with our stay. Easy check in process and location was ideal for the sights we wanted to visit. We thought the home was welcoming and it was nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. We appreciated the comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We felt the cleanliness could have been better in some areas, especially the upstairs bathroom. The towels looked very dingy. Also, the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Wonderful Home with Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay and the communication with the owner was great. The location is prime for walking into town and visiting shops and restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Of note is the driveway which is on an incline and our rental car scraped bottom. You may park on the street but with a rental car we felt safer to use the driveway. We would have no problem renting this property again on a return visit. We enjoyed this home.

Garden of the gods house

I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the best of Colorado Springs Old Town and the surrounding sites. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, the host responded in a timely manner when I had questions. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect about our stay there

Be aware of stairs

Loved everything except the stairs. The place was clean, up to date, cozy, and good location. The only problem was that, as an older couple, it was a hardship to have the living area downstairs instead of on the same level as bedroom and kitchen. For younger people, it is probably no big deal, but older adults may want to be aware of it.

CO Springs getaway worth it

Enjoyable time at this home during a weekend stay. It is clean and modern and the owners had good communication throughout the booking and stay. Great location for what we were wanting to do. It was well stocked with kitchen items and we were able to prepare for everything we had planned. We plan on keeping this on our list for future stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Other than the family room furniture really needing to be replaced (broken and extremely uncomfortable) everything was wonderful! Loved the location!!!

Fantastic location!

We had a girls trip and loved being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as a short drive to all the attractions. The condo itself was perfect for our group and very well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book again!

Girls Trip

The rental is in a great location. The beds are comfortable. The rental however needs a deep clean and some TLC. I would suggest a few extra blankets as well as adding a few kitchen items. There is no colander and there were several wine openers but they were all broken. I bought one and left it behind. Lastly the main floor shower does not drain well. You have to keep turning off the shower unless you want to stand in three inches of water.

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of things for small children like baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, booster, and eating utensils. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the mountains!

Weekend moms & daughters

Cute house is a great spot near old town area (easy walking). Our daughters had a competition at the Broadmoor that weekend. We chose to stay off site and SO glad we did. Location is a short drive to all the fun spots. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Cute, clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 6 of us.
