Great location- walking distance to restaurants and shops

Beautiful remodeled condo in heart of downtown. Condo has all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation. The property manager is on site and very responsive with any questions should they arise. Would defineatly stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home. Yes you feel like you’re living in paradise. The sunsets on the lanai are breathtaking every night. This condo is completely stocked with everything from kitchen to beach gear. I have stayed here twice and would go back again.

Great place

Mr Tom Greeted us and was very helpful with the check in process. The condo was very well stocked with any thing we needed. The location was amazing all the restaurant and stores within walking distance and the view was amazing. First time I rented a condoAnd it was exactly as advertised.

Fantastic View

The property was close to perfect. Beautifully remodeled, well appointed kitchen, great location, ocean front, perfectly clean. Some noise from the street but nothing that interfered. Well equipped lanai and covered garage parking. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, perfect location

We love staying right on the ocean. This was the perfect spot. Beautiful view of the ocean. Kona was a block away - walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The condo was also beautiful. Spacious, plenty of amenities, exactly as pictured. It was a good location for all the things we wanted to do and see.

Probably the best location in the complex! Everything was as expected - Tom (onsite manager) met us at arrival and gave us a great overview of the property.

In the heart of Kailua Kona

Very nice, updated accommodations in the center of town. Included is everything you will need for dining in as well as heading to the beach. Absolutely amazing waterfront view.

Perfect Paradise Property

We spent three incredible weeks here. I’ve never had such a well provisioned condo. We spent many hours out on the lanai watching sunsets, dolphins, canoe-ers, and Kona life going by. It is such a great location!

This is the perfect place to stay in Kona!

We had the best view of spinner dolphins jumping and whales breaching! The sunsets were the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in awhile. We were right in the heart of Kona so could walk to a new restaurant everyday and try out the food. Love, love, loved it!

Beautiful Condo, Great location

We enjoyed our 17-day stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was very well appointed! We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the ocean! The location was perfect,,,shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to be back someday!

Jan away from the cold!

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was as advertised. There were a lot of rules but that is what made it very nice. We so enjoyed the location and watching the water. Thanks again, we will probably be back!

Condo has great view and location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was amazing and location was so convenient to shops, restaurants and the ocean. Market was only a couple blocks away. The condo was stocked with paper products, soaps, lotions... which was very helpful, too. Onsite manager was very helpful and resourceful. Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Great property. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen of utensils and pans. Walking distance to tons of store’s & restaurants in Kona. Up on the 4th floor, the road noise wasn’t too bad, except for the teenagers with concert sized speakers. Very good ocean surf sound!!b

Perfect spot in Kona

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in beautiful Kailua-Kona. The condo has great views of the ocean - sunsets are not to be missed. Property manager Tom was very helpful getting us oriented during check-in. The condo is located next to a number of restaurants and shops along Ali’i Drive. We have so many wonderful memories from the trip. Highly recommend.

Oceanfront & Very clean & comfortable

Very nice Updated modern condo, Ocean front view, Very nice people that live in building. Little things like leaving 100% Kona coffee for us at check in. You are right in town, great location!!! Owner was great to deal with & quick response on everything which is very important when renting! We will be back to stay!!
