This 2 story house has 1942 sq ft and is conveniently located for football, baseball, golf, & NASCAR Races. Horse races at Turf Paradise just 30 minutes away. It is only 2 miles from the Cardinals Stadium where the NFL football games are held. The Westgate Mall and Tanager outlet stores are the same area. The home is only 3 miles from the Camelback Ranch Field where the Dodgers/WhiteSox Spring Training is held. Just 11.8 miles (20 min. drive) to the Phoenix International Raceway. It sleeps 7 comfortably (but will accommodate more) and features 3 bedrooms on the second floor, all with walk in closets. (15 Stairs to the second floor) (1 King w/pillow top mattress in master, 1 Queen w/pillow top mattress in 2nd bedroom, 1 king w/ pillow top mattress in 3rd bedroom, and a Queen air bed inflated & ready to use). The family TV room (on second floor) has a 75" LG Smart TV with Dishnet and free Netflix, a Blu-Ray DVD player, Single recliner and 2 sofa's w/3 recliners. The master bedroom has a 43" Vizio Comcast Smart TV. and also the third bedroom has a 43" Vizio Comcast Smart TV. The main floor living room has a sofa with chaise lounge, there are 3 bathrooms (2 up (master en suite with double sinks) & 1/2 down), a fully furnished kitchen with a dining room that seats 8. The home also has satellite TV, wireless Internet, and a washer & dryer. There is an upper deck and lower covered patio with BBQ. It is located just 5 minutes from Interstate 101.

Just like home

House was clean and spacious. Plenty of linens and cooking needs; pots and pans. The grill was crazy nice! The hostess was awesome!

Centrally located and an amazing host!!

This property has all you need and is centrally located. What stands out the most though is that Dawn Kelly is an amazing host. She went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and welcoming. We would rent from her again.

Spring training vacation....

Owner was really good at follow up. Made sure everything was going well and to our liking. Was close to the things we wanted to do and to attend.

Nice property, good location

We were two couples so we had plenty of room. The house was clean and well maintained. It was also well stocked with household supplies. We were there to play golf and do some hiking. The house is well located and close to major highways. The owner was accessible and called to check how our stay was going and whether we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay at that property.

Spring Training Vacation

I went on vacation in March with my adult children and had a great time, the house was clean, very well stocked and centrally located to all activities. We went to spring training for Cubs and Sox and was able to visit family. The grill tank was full so we could cook out and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us plus family that came over to visit. Out door seating was plentiful due to the upstairs outdoor set long with what was on the patio. Overall no issues and would definitely return, the owner checked in to see if things were okay or if we needed to check in early. Great Vacation and I will definitely return. Joan Bowler Chicago Il

Lovely Home in Glendale area

The home Spring Training was a great place to stay for a week in the Glendale Arizona area. It was very convienent to the 101 expressway so that we could go to some spring training games and did a variety of tourist places - like an atv trail ride and a tour of the Gladys and David Wright home and a special treat was finding Thunderbird mountain where we did some trail hiking. We enjoyed being able to get up in the morning and sit out on one of the two patios and enjoy the morning sunshine and have our coffee and tea ! We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer, the house was just perfect for our family's visit. The owner Dawn, contacted us several times to make sure all was fine with the home. And the house was very welcoming and clean and we had everything that we needed to make our stay very nice.

Better than being at home!!!

I came for spring training and ended up having a mini family reunion. We spent 9 days at this comfortable home and we were sorry to leave. There were 8 adults in my party and everyone was comfortable as there was more than enough room. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay was available at the house, from towels to items for the kitchen, as well as cleaning supplies were provided. The home itself was decorated tastefully and was very cozy. The house is situated near many stores and restaurants, and the freeway is within sight. The upstairs portion of the house is ideal for families with small children, and the balcony upstairs offers a place to enjoys the beautiful Arizona weather. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home.

Going to Glendale

This was our first trip to Arizona. We chose this home in Glendale because it had three bedrooms and a good size kitchen area for the 6 adults staying there. The owner, Dawn Kelly , was friendly and helpful in getting us set up in her home. My siblings, their spouses and our 86 year old aunt were there to spend the month of February. We liked the central location of the house , the cleanliness and the new furniture. We all liked Phoenix and area even more than we expected......lots to do and see. The weather could not have been better....in the 80's for most of the month! We hope to return next year!

Spacious

Excellent place to stay, centrally located. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Real nice place for your money. Everything you need was provided and in good working order.

Glad we picked Glendale!

Dawn was always friendly and helpful when we spoke on the phone. Our party was arriving at staggered times and she accommodated us by letting the first to arrive get into the house early. Her welcome letter had directions and instructions that were straight forward and easy to follow. The house itself worked perfectly for us. The rooms were all a good size to house the six adults with ease, from bedrooms to living rooms and a great kitchen and eating area ! All the furniture was new, comfortable and clean. Dawn had the beds all made up for us with new linens and quilts. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and the kitchen was well equipped to suit our needs! We were also impressed with the fact that there were ample paper products, cleaning supplies and dishwashing soap to get us started on our months stay.The location of the house was a bonus. Not knowing the areas surrounding Phoenix, we lucked into Glendale. We found the location of the house close to all amenities for groceries, shopping, fuel, etc... When we went on a day trip it was easy to travel with the main road so close and we were not on the busiest side of town. We enjoyed trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Cave Creek, Old Town Scottsdale, White Tank Mountain, the Botanical Gardens,and a State Park right in Glendale with lots of peacocks! We even visited a bulldog breeder who lived close to us! We all liked Phoenix better than we expected! The mountains surrounding the valley were beautiful. We were amazed at the large farm fields right in the city, or so it seemed. The continual planting, harvesting, ploughing , seeding irrigating of these fields intrigued us. Their growing season never ends!! We also got in some shopping while there and the selection is stores is second to none. The Outlet Mall was minutes away. We are hoping we can all coordinate our time to get together in this home in Glendale again next year!! Thank you Dawn!!

Our stay in this house went well except for a couple of things. We had an upstairs shower/tub combo that leaked through the kitchen ceiling and therefore we only had the use of one shower for five people. The shower was unusable for 3 days. The owner was good about getting a plumber but since it happened on the weekend we had to wait until later in the day on Monday before it was fixed. We were able to get some money back because of the inconvenience. We would have preferred the unit to be cleaner. When I relayed my concerns to the owner she seemed very open to correcting the situation.

I am open to clients views of my property and invite any comment as to how I can make their stay better. The plumber was unable to find the leak but changed out the inner parts of the faucet, added new tape on the pipe threads and there has been no leak since. The home has been professionally cleaned and is ready for the next vacationers.

Highly recommend

I was there in August and found the home to be very comfortable and accommodating. It has plenty of space (for lots of extra guests), the bed and sofas were great, very comfortable and really clean! It is close to anything you may need, you can see the Cardinal's stadium out the back window, and the neighborhood is quiet and very neat. I was only there a few days but with a week or longer stay, it would be just like home.

We are from Montana and like to escape from the hard winters to the warm Arizona climate. We like to take in the NFL games at the stadium only 2 miles away and the shopping is great at the Tanager Outlet stores right next to the Cardinals Stadium. Top Golf by the Stadium is one of our favorites.
