This beautiful and tastefully decorated cottage is the perfect beach retreat for your vacation! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sits just 2 blocks from the beach with great access. Both bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful with appealing décor. You will love the open floor plan of the kitchen and living areas; it’s the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The fenced and private front yard is an amazing peaceful alcove with nice landscaping and stunning mature palms. This home is truly a standout and is the perfect spot for your Morro Bay vacation.

Home Features:
• Master Bedroom with King sized bed with flat screen TV.
• Second bedroom with King sized bed and tv.
• Bathroom features a combination shower/tub.
• Living room with large flat screen TV and DVD player. The sectional couch coverts to a full sized bed.
• The kitchen includes nice appliances and a great open layout to the living room.
• High speed wi-fi available.
• Ample parking in the driveway.
• Garage houses a full sized high end washer and dryer for guests (NOTE: Parking inside the garage is NOT available)
• Propane BBQ is provided.
• Beach chairs, cooler, and bikes for guest use.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS. This is strictly enforced.
Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.

Damage Insurance included. Covers unintentional damage to the rental that occurs during your stay if disclosed to management prior to checkout. Contact us for more details.

10/10 would reccomend!The cottage was absolutely wonderful! The photos match the description (I would argue even better in person). The home was immaculate, and all the decorative touches made our stay extra special. I especially loved all of the dimmable lights throughout the home, such a cozy vibe. The king size beds in each room were so luxuriously cozy and spacious for us adults (plenty of room), and the pillows were soft and just right. Perfect rest after a day of golf in Morro Bay.We also enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride down to the beach to watch the sunset and enjoying some fresh air out in the front yard. The hosts provided well-stocked necessities and amenities (kitchen had everything we needed). Super easy check-in process with zero issue and were quick to respond when I did have a question. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming as well. We felt right at home! Thank you so much for such a warm and welcoming stay during our trip back home to the Central Coast!Hoping to stay again soon!

Calm and quiet stay

While traveling on a business trip, this was a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Very quiet location and beautiful home with quick access to the main roads and beach. If it's still available, definitely staying again.

Lovely vacation rental near the beach!

Overall had a wonderful time. Great place for young children. Very close to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants on the water. Neighborhood is a little run down feeling in some areas but overall, would totally recommend.

Lovely, clean, welcoming cottage

My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing long weekend here. The glowing reviews are all true - the house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, the beds are really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in and I know my friend and I will be back!

Nice beach vibe

All but one thing was underpromised and overdelivered (beach towels). Clean well maintained property with very comfortable beds and thoughtful conveniences i,g. light switches, well stocked kitchen (though we didn't use it much) Overall an excellent experience

2nd time staying here. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything is super clean, cozy and bright without being cramped or cluttered. 3 min walk to the beach, close to morro bay or cayucos. Beds are so comfortable. Quiet when outside even tho you're close to the highway. Perfect for our family of 3.

Great location & attention to detail

The location of this house is just on the end of Morro Bay which is fantastic - across the street from the state park entrance which made beach trips a breeze. Inside, every time I found myself turning around and saying “oh I need ____” there it was! This almost never happens in a VRBO rental and let me tell you… it made all the difference. The Homeowner is clearly very thoughtful and detail oriented - down to needing a wrench to attach our bike buggy and there one was… hanging on the wall right next to the bike. Just little things like this really make a place feel like somewhere you want to be. Beds were great, and everything was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend, especially for a family looking for just a bit of fenced-in green space!

Great little house

My college daughter and I stayed in this nice, cozy house during a short COVID trip to the Central Coast. The house exceeded our expectations. It's a small home, but roomy, comfortable, pretty, well-equipped and very clean. Both beds were very comfortable and the sheets and comforters nice, new and clean. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. The kitchen functioned great and was very well equipped and organized. I usually bring a portable sharpener as most rental knives are dull - so I sharpened all the knives. I was very impressed with how organized and clean everything was. The living room has comfortable furniture and the TV, speaker, etc. all worked great. We had an issue with the furnace, which was a bummer, but nobody's fault. The owners were on it and were great to communicate with. They are pleasant folks who clearly care about the people using their property. Lastly, the location is good as it's on a quiet street but near the highway that leads to the places you'd want to journey to.

Lovely place, comfortable and perfect for my toddler who is on the spectrum and a sensory seeker who elopes. She was able to run around the front yard safely because it is gated and it gave us such piece of mind. The house is perfectly located inbetween Morro Bay and Cayucos so you can bounce back and forth easily. Great neighborhood and nice neighbors.

The home was in a great locationand had everything we needed. It really needs a deep clean. I had to take out the plant in the bedroom because of so much dust and the blinds needed a deep clean. This aside, the place was incredible, and the staff was very responsive and kind.

Beautiful Home

This was our second time staying at this home. We love the enclosed front yard so our kids can play. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We cant wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay, felt safe, the house was decorated very nicely. The Keurig wasn’t working properly and the house could use a deep cleaning, dust webs in the corners, baseboards and tops of doors had dust on them. The shower curtain liner had pink mold on it. These things were easy to overlook.
