Looks exactly like the photos, great location, great views, comfortable space. Could use a deep cleaning but otherwise we really enjoyedit.

Absolutely wonderful! Close to everything, and all the conveniences of home. Sitting on the back patio is perfect to catch the ocean breezes and enjoy a relaxing evening. Very comfortable sleeping. I'll be back!

The condo is in a perfect location and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen and beach chairs/cooler, everything you need for a day of adventure.

You cannot beat this location. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in Kona. The shopping center right up the hill has everything to meet you basic needs. In the mornings I would breakfast on the lanai with my binoculars, I saw humpback whales, dolphins, mongoose, and lots of different birds.

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

We had a wonderful stay in the unit, thoroughly enjoying watching and listening the waves right outside our door from morning until night. The unit had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Thank you again.

Beautiful grounds. Family friendly resort. Pool is clean and well maintained. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Short drive to Kona. Unit is very well stocked withand toiletries, kitchen items.

The condo has an amazing view. The location is good. This place is one of the best stocked places we have stayed. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Away from Kona

Loved the location. Close enough to Kona to take advantage of shopping and dining yet very private and quiet. Great ocean views from the lanai. A little warm late in the afternoon due to the setting sun. This property has all the amenities you would need for a great stay on the island.

The condo is well stocked for kitchen supplies and beach activity. I's very close to a shopping center with grocery store, drug store, movie theater & restaurants. And very close to Kahaluu beach which is an excellent place for swimming & snorkeling. The condo unit is very spacious, and the backyard ocean view is excellent.

Great Location

The place was great. The view was perfect. Sunsets on the water every night. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. Woke up every morning to the sound of waves.

Perfect location

This condo is situated in a beautifully landscaped complex with stunning views. It offered ample space for my husband, our two adult daughters, and me. The full kitchen was a wonderful convenience for our family. Despite its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we were just a short distance from town.

Great location and property. Pictures are accurate. Very well stocked kitchen. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Beach chairs, towels, toys all there. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again.

Great Location and Views

The unit we stayed in needed some updating but was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 8 day stay! We enjoyed using the pool and pickleball courts. The landscape was well maintained and beautiful. We used the barbecuing area regularly. It was well maintained and clean. The unit is blocks away from a large grocery store in case you need extra food or snacks.

STAY HERE!!!

ALOHA! This place was absolutely amazing! The View from the Lanai was Gorgeous, the Condo was clean, and for the Price you CANNOT BEAT IT! We will be back next year and plan to rent the same Condo. Mike our host was very responsive when we needed him, and very polite to work with, I even left my headphones behind when we left and he mailed them to me. Great hospitality. If i could give 10 stars I would! I Highly Recommend staying here

STAY HERE!!!

Amazing View

This place is stocked with everything you need to vacation with all the conveniences of home. The view is amazing, it is decorated nicely and the space is more than ample. The beds are very comfy. We liked the location of the whole resort itself. We really appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers & umbrellas. We were so sad to leave. The carpet and vents could use a bit of cleaning, but this would not stop us from booking the same unit again. Hopefully we will be back again someday.

Communication with the host was good. There was a problem with the master bath shower drain which was remediated within a day.There were no spatulas (rubber scrapers) but various other utensils. Plenty of dishes, glassware, flatware and cups. The pots and pans need to be assessed and several taken out of use.The chaise lounge on lanai were great and we made good use of the table and chairs out there as well. The living room furniture needs upgrading. The sofa cushions all have large holes where the filling is visible. The sliding door coverings are broken in numerous connection points so they no longer can be slid on their tracks. The screen doors are warped and don't close completely.

Crashing waves are like fireworks show!

This is a very special location. Covenant to Kona town and a great grocery store KTA maybe 2 minutes! Also easy access to main Highway. Very well stocked. Everything you need. Views are the best! I loved the waves crashing against the lava rock. We saw dolphins, whales breaching, turtles, boat activity from the Lani! The condo overall is incredible ! Safe and beautiful. Only 2 negatives for me were there is no hot tub and the carpet really needs replaced. Don’t let that detour you from renting this amazing condo!
