Beautiful condo and perfect setting. Ocean views, location and decor were top notch. Host responded well for a few inquiries we had about TV. We you definitely stay here again.

The property was right on the ocean with good views. That patio was wonderful and the home had plenty of space for a family of 4. It was clean with no major issues. It's located inside a nice, gated community with a pool, tennis, and pickleball. It's also located near Kona, so there is relatively quick access to a nice, walkable strip. There were a couple minor annoyances, such as the sliding doors/screens not working smoothly, the front door not shutting easily from the outside, and the TV had a partially damaged screen.

Beautiful scenery

Kitchen very well stocked. Lanai very large with 2 tables, hairs and 2 lounges. Very comfortable stay and enjoyed watching the whales

Short stay in Kona

This was a beautiful place to vacation. Nice quiet gated property, amazing views. Short drive to shopping and beaches. All the amenities of home. Very easy check in and check out and communication with property manager. Wonderful stay. Mahalo!!

Family vacation and wedding

It got a little warm at times, so grateful for the abundance of fans. The ocean view is very peaceful and hearing the waves crashing or rain falling was soothing. Love the Big Island!

Nice property. Built around a very historical alii habitation site - which is a little disturbing as native Hawaiians but at least visible archaeological sites well marked and maintained. Property great location, large condo. Very clean plus well stocked kitchen. Lansi is lovely.

Serene setting

The setting is beautiful . The condo is well appointed and organized for cooking . Any questions about any issues are immediately responded to. A very professional management staff .

We stayed November 12-19 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Probably one of the best equipped vacation rentals we have stayed in. Comfy beds!High five to Knutson &Associates as the manager as well. Very attentive, communicated by text and almost immediately answered questions and tips for the rental ie how to avoid the door lock from swing always unlocked! Texted a reminder checkout list and answered questions about it. The only drawback/pro tip: the assigned parking stall is under a large and well inhabited tree…if you rent a convertible make sure you put the top up. There’s not a lot of car washes on the big island!

The property is located in a beautiful gated community and the home itself was very clean upon arrival. We knew going into our stay that there was no air conditioning, which was fine, however the ceiling fans only worked on one speed which made it difficult at times. Unfortunately, the moment we walked in there was a noticeable odor throughout the home, and the carpeting appears to be in need of replacement. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and close due to corrosion, and several of the kitchen cabinets would not shut properly. We had also hoped to use the snorkeling gear and lawn chairs provided, but both were very old and worn out.Overall, the home has great potential and is in a wonderful location, but it definitely needs some tender loving care and an updated facelift to match the beautiful surroundings.unfortunately the pictures are deceiving.

That said, we agree that these items require ongoing attention, and we will review your comments with the owner and maintenance team as we continue prioritizing improvements. We're also sorry to hear the odor and carpeting did not meet your expectations. Guest feedback is extremely valuable, and we will investigate these concerns further. Likewise, we appreciate your comments regarding the beach equipment and ceiling fans, as these are items we can evaluate for replacement or upgrade. Great locale

Nice, big condo, right on the ocean! Kitchen well stocked with everything to cook with. One negative is the spices in cupboards were old and had been exposed to the salty air with rusty lids. Lots of great beach gear in the condo like chairs, towels, snorkeling gear. It even had tennis rackets for the courts.

Great Getaway. Away from the Crowds!

Really enjoyed all the amenities that came along with this unit. There were quite a few things in the pantry to help with meals. Having a washer and dryer is a game changer. Pack light and go enjoy! There is not air conditioning, but having the windows open, supplied fans and ocean breezes make it comfortable.

Sixteen Nights in Paradise

From linens to towels, kitchen utensils, water sports equipment, beach chairs, cooler and icepacks. My husband was able to use their snorkel gear to snorkel a 5 minute walk down the road.The favorite for all is the outdoor living area with a view that is truly amazing.

Excellent location, great views, the house was fully stocked - was pleasantly surprised to find sesame oil among others, so many different spices and other goodies that made the stay even more special. Hearing the waves and enjoying the breeze while sitting in the lanai was one of the highlights of our trip. Also would like to commend the property manager- they were super prompt and helpful.
