Fabulous Oceanfront Two Bedroom w/Huge Lanai & Central A/C!

SPECTACULAR ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in Kailua-Kona!!

The spacious lanai starts and ends your day in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee and relax to the sound of the surf while watching whales (in season), spinner dolphins, outriggers, and the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Experience glorious sunsets with a beverage of choice in hand, relaxing in any of the comfortable seating, including a higher seating dining table (not bistro height) to help with viewing ocean while dining right next to it!

The condo is part of a boutique complex that has only 15 units, an ocean-front swimming pool, and small sandy beach area. The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.

The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!

The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.

We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator. *****

Clean and beautiful ocean view as described! Very well equipped with all appliances, ice maker, towels, etc. A/C was a god send especially since it was pretty humid. We had a master bath drain issue, called Holly and it was taken care of the same day! Parking space is tight for a minivan or large suv, but is fine by just letting passengers out before pulling into the space. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fabulous! Best rental we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot. Lani was spectacular. Location was great. Near Kona and restaurants. If we return to Kona, this rental will be on the tip of our list.

Easy walking to multiple beaches. Very quiet and peaceful (unless you don’t like loud waves crashing which were fabulous). Nice neighbors, friendly and helpful. Central location to explore the Kona area. Comfortable beds and lanai furniture. We would definitely return.

Great property. The lanai blind was broken and replaced the next day - Wow - great service from the prop mgr. Fun trip and wonderful unit - only comment is the kitchen knives could barely cut butter Not a big deal but be aware if you like to cook. Clean room AC works and fabulous view.

The location of this condo is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the awesome view and watching the sunset every evening. The patio is a whole other room! The bathrooms could use a redo, but everything else made up for it. It is very roomy and the beds are comfortable. Holly was very responsive any time we contacted her. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this clean, comfortable and convenient condo. Especially loved the large lanai and the fantastic views, even spotted some whales.

Fabulous!! Cute, clean, comfortable. Close to downtown Kona (2.5 miles), right on Ali’i drive (we joined all the runners every morning), incredible sunset views and the best porch! We will definitely stay again !

Great location

Very pleased with accomodations. Holli is a great host and the condo was well suppplied with detergents, toiletitries,tissue,etc. Would highly recommend.

One of our favorite VRBO's ever!

Everything about this place was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the seating, the beds and the kitchen was well appointed. I honestly think it was one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Thanks for sharing your nice property.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was such a great place to stay on our vacation. The oceanfront view was outstanding and provided perfect sunsets. Nothing beats the view having breakfast on the ocean. The condo was beautiful and we had the best time with our visit.

Absolutely amazing stay!!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay - spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen plus the lanai and view! Just phenomenal! We loved listening to the waves all day and night, enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the lanai and relaxing on the property as well as exploring the area. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Amazing stay

The property was just as pictured! Beautiful lanai with amazing views. Walkable to beaches and food, Comfortable beds and couches and Holly was so great and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had the best time.

Great location

Great property, very convenient location, responsive owner/manager, well stocked (sunscreen, beach stuff, coffee--everything you need), and spectacular view from the deck. Looks just like the photos. Would stay there again.
