Cute and affordable! Two bedroom/one bathroom ground level apartment is just a short walk to the beach! After a perfect day at the beach, you can hose off at the outdoor shower and then grill up some hot dogs on the outdoor grill. Inside you can kick back and relax in the living room which has basic cable with DirectTV. If you want to bring a larger group with you, the top floor (see Carolina Blvd 200 UP) of this home can be rented together totaling four bedrooms and two baths.

1500 sq. ft. Linens included. No washer/dryer, no ice maker. No smoking. Wi-Fi included. **Dog considered for $150 non-refundable fee, provided dog is not left alone at the home. Full time residents live nearby**

Great location a few things to fix

Loved the location however the king size bed was hard and the people that rented the upstairs talked loudly Friday night till 2 am and Saturday night until 4 am.

Great little getaway

Worked out perfect for our little trip to visit family. We were able to spend the day at the bench and enjoy downtown. It was so close to everything! We will definitely be renting again when we visit family.

Family Beach vacation

The house was perfect for our group of 6. It was truly pet friendly, owners even had a leash and emergency pet hospital info. It is a warm welcoming home. The walk to the beach was a quick walk and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Stay at Isle of Palms

Booking and check-in was efortless! Property managers were very communicative. Property was in an excellent location right off the beach (5 min walk). Was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great property to rent!

Great location for low key

Decent placement on island can walk few blocks to beach, stores, without being in the main rd! Neighbors were considerate no problems

Great location near everything but not crowded

Loved the easy walk to the beach, neighborhood and we could even walk by beach or road to a nice restaurant from the rental. SO convenient!! Beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and provided all the basics (though I would have loved a washer and dryer on premises there are laundromats a short drive near by) We did experience some spotty Wifi but it was brief. My recommendations would be to add some outside hooks to hang wet beach items on to dry and it would have been nice to have more spoons in utensil drawer.

It was ok- but expected better for the amount of $ we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was ok for the most part. The biggest issues were the beds. They were all soooooo uncomfortable!!! It literally felt like we were all sleeping on bricks. Dishes that were in the cabinets were mostly dirty but washed before we used them. The lights on the wall in the kitchen flickered any time they were on. The people upstairs were SO LOUD!!!!! They stomped any time they were there. You could hear everything!!! There was NO WATER PRESSURE! looks like the shower head is cracked so it constantly sprayed you in the face. The house was clean, tidy & definitely plenty of extra pillows & blankets. Overall it was good- not great. We will definitely look for a different place to stay next time we visit in a couple of months.

Get Away

I brought my parents and dog to visit the island again. Home was in a good location. There may be a short in the wiring for the home, the dinning room lights would go real bright and then off again.

Loved this Location after busy day touring Charleston

We loved this neighborhood and being within walking distance of the ocean. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The beds are really comfortable and we loved having so much comfortable seating in the front room after a day of walking and sightseeing. We would stay again!

Cute little place, very close to a great stretch of beach. We had a maintenance problem, but they came and fixed it right away. Only wish the property was equipped with beach towels -they are too bulky to bring a long on the plane.

Not worth the money

A dead rat was left at the front door to welcome us. The location is good but the AC was poor and you could could every word of the neighbours upstairs. Would not stay again and do not recommend. WiFi is horrible. Required rebooting multiple times. We did not have consistent access throughout our trip. Bathroom water pressure is HORRIBLE. and kitchen was very ill equipped. Stay elsewhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing. The linens are very clean and nice towels. Well stocked kitchen.The con is the noise from above, seemingly no insulation between the top floor and the bottom floor. So if there are kids staying on top it is quite loud.However, the company is very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful property in a GREAT location

Our stay here was great. Well stocked kitchen, beds were good and the living space was homey and comfortable. The updates made here really made the place feel nice. We also loved the one-street walk to the beach as well as a 20 min drive into downtown Charleston. We were in the bottom unit of this 2 unit place, and we were not terribly bothered by anyone above us. But, if you're easily annoyed with others' normal living noise, just know that you will hear people above you. We loved being able to have a place like this and bring our small, older dog. He really grew to love the VERY dog friendly beach. Overall, we had a great time on our spring break trip this year!

after summer vacation

This property was very nice to spend a few days in. Just had a hard time dealing with the mosquitos and biting flies. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable. Our pup loved it too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was VERY clean (thank you!), very well located and neighborhood was quiet. Bathroom VERY small and shower head leaked. This is a lower floor unit and upstairs guest could be easily heard, and was very disturbing at times. Did I mention how clean and well located?!
