This home is exceptional and the perfect fit for us. Super close to the beach and Shipyard park and baseball. It was extremely clean and in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Richard was a great host and was very attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will be returning!

The property is centrally located to Charleston and the Sullivan Beach/ Isle of Palm Beach area. Internet service was spotty, which made researching/booking activities difficult. The owner was responsive to these issues, but probably needs to invest in a better provider. Property was not as updated as pictures made it appear.

I'm sorry you didn't feel my home was worthy of a five-star review as others before and after your stay. My home is exactly as the pictures describe as other people have stated. I did have to restart the modem for the internet air which is the most up-to-date AT&T product out there. I made sure the internet was working through my app and texting you during your stay. You never stated otherwise. For those of you looking to book my home please read my other reviews. I wish you well Richard

We had a wonderful time here it was great. The host was very good. Very good for our little dog. The back porch is kind of fenced in for him. So he could not get out unless we let him out. The neighbor was very helpful and telling us where to go fish and stuff like that. The best place to eat at. The neighbor and Richard was a lot of help. thanks we will be staying here again.

Great stay in Mt Pleasant

We’ve stayed in the area several times. This location is especially comfortable. The furniture and beds are terrific. The location is great. It’s a wonderful place to relax after a day of activity. We will definitely look to book again.

Richard was a great host. The house was comfy and relaxing. Richard had a great book of options for food and nearby activities. The beach was a very easy drive over bridge. Soft beds and towels. Great a/c when it was 87 in April. We had a wonderful time in SC and it was nice to come back to a home that felt safe. Convenient to groceries and coffee. The pool wasn't open while we were there, but looked nice. Luckily the beach met all our water needs. We would definitely stay here again!!

Convenient Location with Great Amenities

Excellent VRBO for a great price that’s centrally located around tons of area attractions. Property has great amenities, including a private, covered patio with a grill. Overall, a perfect place to which to retreat after long days of exploring! We stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience!
