This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Near Beach elevated home resides a few steps from a public beach access, and walking distance to neighborhood outdoor pool and tennis court (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown).

It is tastefully adorned in beach decor and is just steps away from the Atlantic! Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging within the enclosed porch (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during normal business hours.) Key features include access to outdoor community pool (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown) and tennis courts, and close proximity to Island Restaurants and shops. Features include: Wireless internet, Cable TV/DVD, Gas Grill, off street parking, hot and cold outdoor shower, hardwood floors, Cable TV in living room and each bedroom! No pets and No smoking. Linens Included.

Great stay - perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and everything in the unit was clean. Would definitely stay again!

Spring break getaway

Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean! Our family would definitely visit again!

Location is a 10

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

Nice house in a great location

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

Charming Home, Good Condition, Close to Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time and did not really experience any issues. A bathtub drain def needed rodded and/or Draino used, but it was not a huge factor. Great spread of appliances and cookware, washing machines stocked with soap and disposables, house was beautiful and clean. Very pleased with the experience.

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Excellent location and home rental on IOP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was well appointed, nicely decorated and updated. The bedroom arrangement slept our family of 5 quite comfortably. Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Nice stay at Ocean Park Court 1

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 1 Ocean Park Court. The house is as pictured and descried and really close to the beach. The only two issues we had which were minor were (1) we saw some ants in the living room the first day (we called maintenance and they came and spayed which seemed to help) and (2) the water pressure was not great, if more than 1 person was taking a shower, then the water pressure would be very low. Other than these two small issues, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

This location is ideal for quick beach access. Tastefully decorated. Queen/King beds are on the firmer side. Kitchen well-stocked, appliances and grill all worked. No back deck. Many games and puzzles was great for nights in. Enclosed sunroom wonderful in mild weather but would be toasty in summer, but owners have fans available. Only downside was glass door to deck jams and can't be locked/unlocked easily,front deck is narrow and has room for two guests. Tennis court has been marked for pickle ball! We had brought our set and had a blast. Would definitely rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Island Realty and our vacation home was fabulous from beginning to end. Starting with the easy to use rental search website through to the no contact check-in and check-out procedure we had no issues. Our family of 4 had more than enough space. The house at 1 Ocean Park Court was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to stay in for dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The close proximity to the beach was a definite bonus. (about a 2 minute walk,and I'm a slow walker!). My teenage daughters loved that they could come and go to the beach as they pleased without having to walk very far. The outdoor shower under the house was very handy to wash off sand from the beach before going in the house. The only thing I missed was having a place to eat outside. The balcony on the front of the house where the grill is was nice for sitting, but you cannot fit a family of 4 there for a meal. The access to the backyard via the carport was closed off and nailed shut. Access to this area, and a small table would have made this property absolutely perfect. The concierge services offered before and during our stay were also a nice touch.

Wonderful family vacation at Ocean Park 1!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our second year, staying at Ocean Park 1! As always, the rental/management personnel were very kind and helpful in all situations! We noticed two types of ants, (large red ants and extremely small black ants), "roaming around" as soon as we arrived. Since we had a toddler with us, we requested that this not be treated until we left. Also, we found water standing in the bottom of the refrigerator and noticed that the inside of the refrigerator did not feel very cold. The management office was very prompt responding to our call and sent out someone right away. We were told this is very common in humid temperatures. Also, when we first arrived, the cable in the living room did not work. Again, someone came to the house to let us know that it was not properly connected. The man who came out told us that this happens all the time...just a simple fix if we had known. :) We called to request an extra dish cloth and dish towel, and again, these were delivered promptly. We did find a few dirty dishes in the cupboard as well as a few utensils in the drawer that were dirty. This was probably an oversight, but thought you might like to know. We love this house...especially the fact that the kitchen provides everything needed for any type of baking or cooking! We will call soon to reserve Ocean Park 1 for our 2017 family vacation! We have recommended this house to two families...the Blairs' will vacation here in August. Thank you!

We will book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a week in this lovely home. It was well supplied with everything we needed. We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit.
