Tidewater 1809 is a 1Br/2Bath gulf front condo located on the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach! This beautiful condo features the master bedroom on the gulf with wall to wall views of the sparkling emerald waters. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Beach service included during season.

The kids will love the separate bunk area for playing and sleeping! Plus, if extra space is needed the sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper. Warm and inviting decor will make you feel relaxed and ready to vacation with all the comforts of home included. HDTV and high speed internet are also available in this unit.

Tidewater is within minutes to Pier Park, The City Pier-a local fishing spot, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Ron Jon, Pompano's Seafood Restaurant and much more. Resort charges a registration fee for parking which is $35 plus tax.

Solo cosas buenas tengo que desir de este hermoso condominio ! Exelentes vistas al mar , impecablemente limpio! El personal muy amable y profesional tanto mi entrada como mi salida fue muy fácil y rápida . 10 estrellas para el Tidewater en general! Llevo 4 años seguidos hospedándome hay y por supuesto lo seguiré haciendo NOS VEMOS EL PRÓXIMO AÑO!! Gracias 🙏❤️

Unsatisfactory

This condo is not set up right . The refrigerator will not open but about half way because it’s to big. The oven drawer will not close because it catches on the plug in . Only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for a stay of 7 days , we also had to clean the bathtub before we could use it.Was just not satisfied with the unit for the price. It was all I could do to open the sliding glass door to the outside balcony. And had 1 garbage bag also for the 7 night stay. And if you needed more you had to pay for it from the front office desk..

Elevator situation ugg

The condo was as advertised. The patio doors are heavy but slide easy, you’ll figure that out. Elevator situation can be a nightmare on prime time check in days and if a storm hits and everyone is trying to get back to the room. Remedy for us was walk up to floor 3 (if your coming in from beach with a crowd and a elevator line)and then catch one. If not you’ll likely be waiting for 30-60 minutes. We never waited longer than 10 minutes. Al in all great stay and great trip for trip number 10 to PCB

Family vacation to PCB

The condo was amazing and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was very clean on arrival and there was no trouble with accessing the unit. The amenities are great. We loved the pools and the restaurant downstairs has great breakfast options. Food was great! The only issues we had for our entire stay was the elevators. It would take 30 minutes or more for an elevator to arrive and there is no walking up 18 flights of stairs. I really like Tidewater and would definitely stay at this condo again. I guess I’ll just have to deal with the elevators.

We love Tidewater Resort!

This is our second year staying at Tidewater and had another great family vacation experience. I had read previous reviews about cleanliness issues and issues opening the balcony doors. The unit was very clean when we arrived, I usually bring my own Bissell Crosswave to keep up with the floors while we stay and I highly recommend that. The balcony doors were harder to slide but did work and almost worked better for us with a toddler that didn’t have easy access to the balcony. Great elevator service and wait times this year. Overall I cannot say a thing negative and we will definitely be coming back!

PCB Summer Vacation

The whole family really enjoyed our stay, from spacious condo, to the proximity to Pier Park & restaurants. Everything was perfect. We would recommend to anybody looking for a great vacation rental!

NOT CLEAN

Nothing was clean except the dishwasher. Lol. Feet turned black after 4 minutes, balcony door would not open, bathroom door was locked we had to use a BUTTER KNIFE ?? to open the door. The door handle FELL OFF THE OVEN, the tvs did not work because all the batteries were taken out of the remotes, the beds feel like CARDBOARD BED OF NAILS and the blankets were 2 sheets and a throw?? It was just the oddest thing. Elevators SUCKED, all of them. Garbage. I do not blame the property manager, i think they should sell this property and make their money elsewhere in a nicer, kept up, and cleaner condo. The check in people were all very welcoming and understanding. The room was just NOT IT YALL.

Nothing about this place was good!

Elevators were a nightmare. Check in and check out took forever due to elevators. Room was not clean. Best thing about this place is the staff is happy and helpful... Not the property management because we emailed and called and never heard back!

Great room

Room was very nice. The bedroom door was Kinda broke like some one pushed on it too hard and living room balcony lock was broke. Besides that the condo was really big and the view was incredible. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo #1809 was perfect. Very restful stay, bedroom has balcony also. Everything was very enjoyable. All employees at Tidewater were very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

Decent place brown water though

We had to go to a desk on the second floor to get passes and pay an additional $37.50 to access the pools etc... They give you a wrist band. The condo was above average. We have been up and down the Florida Gulf Coast. My husband and I could not wait to go to the Panhandle. We go out on our balcony and the water is brown. There's a pipe to the left of the property supposedly bringing pond water in or something we were told. It was so extremely disappointing. The water was awful to look at as we were expecting emerald blue water. We made the best of it but will never stay here again. The pictures of the water from the balcony showed beautiful blue water...very diceiving.

Sucks.

The elevators suck, have to wait from 30 minutes to an hour every time with no A/c and small kids, very disappointed. Overall everything else was ok. I don’t think I wold stay there again

Loved my stay but the elevators here take forever. 30 min wait times at times

Loved the condo and had no problems with anything in the condo. The elevators at Tidewater are a nightmare at times tho. You will wait forever to get on one and off of one. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

not worth the money

view was amazing! no bedspread ? (weird), mold on shower curtain in main bathroom, water leaked down frig when you used the water on the outside (been doing it for a while all the screws were rusted, furniture needs upgraded, very cheap and uncomfortable, fan in living does not have cover over the lights. This could be a great condo if the owners would update it.

Great stay! Only one problem.

The stay was great! Unit was clean and very nice! The only problem I had was the TV. It is a smart TV that did not have the remote. The xfinity remote was there but I needed the other to try and cast my phone to watch Netflix or anything else. Tried getting in touch with owner about the issue through VRBO but the only response I got was an automated message about the unit not being available, tried replying to that message the next day and never got a response.. This was very irritating, to the point I had to go buy a chromecast just to watch Netflix or any other app.

Not impressed

The unit looked nicer in pictures online. There was not many dishes there for cooking and the place could have been cleaned better. Elevators at the condo were TERRIBLE! Took 15 min or longer sometimes to get on an elevator. Will not be staying here again. Sorry!
