The place was clean but hard to relax the couch, chairs and bed were all very uncomfortable and dated. Needs a refresh.

The place was clean and perfect. Would stay here again! I love Aquavista and have stayed at three different condos over the last three years. Love the location and how the beach is not over crowded. 10/10 recommend!

Overall, this was a good value for what we paid. Location was great, beach was clean and well maintained. We never felt crowded as this unit is away from the larger resorts. All that being said the listing is false and mis-leading. There are pictures of a gym, sauna and shuffle board in the pool area, turns out the gym and sauna are for owners only and shuffle board does not exist. The listing also states public BBQ grills which also don't exist so the steaks and food we brought had to be cooked inside which let us down completely. Our stay was affected by hurricane Isaias our 2nd from last day, we received a text from the management company to move the patio furniture and outdoor rug inside before we left. We thought this was a strange ask but I figured I'd help out and moved the chairs and side table inside. While rolling the carpet I encountered a very strong ammonia or urine smell with significate stains on the underside of the carpet. We decided to beat the storm and leave a day early so we made sure to double check the unit for anything left behind. When checking the 2nd bedroom closet we found a giant container of cat litter which explains the urine smell and stains on the outdoor carpet. We didn't complain as we made the best of our vacation but would warn people in advance about this unit / property. We WILL be back to PCB but never going back to the Aqua Vista again.

We appreciate your feedback, and your assistance in bringing the balcony furniture ahead of the storm with heavy winds. Thank you for letting us know about the resort photos being out of date, we will work with the owner on getting things updated. This is not a pet friendly condo, however, owner's are able to bring their pets.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed and is much bigger than first thought. Very clean and the view of the beach was stunning.

Nice place

The unit was bigger than expected, very clean, decent furniture, plenty of towels. The complex had a nice pool and Jacuzzi and because it wasn't one of the huge complexes the beach wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again

We loved this place

This place was so nice, clean and looked just like the photos. I really liked the fact that this wasn't one of the huge condos. It made it less crowded on the beach. The parking under also made it so convenient. Will stay again.

Amazing

Amazing location. Condo was beautiful. And very roomy . NiceLocation. Beach was not overcrowded which is a huge plus . Pool is in middle of the two towers it’s nice everything is close by restaurants stores etc

Nice place, clean, plenty of space, great view, everything worked. I think it’s in a good location. I wish it had a couple recliners in living room. I would stay there again

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. Everything was very nice. We were very close to Pier Park and all the restaurants we like eating. The weather was amazing and the beach wasnt crowded at all! We would definitely recommended and we will be back again!

Good place

Great location, overall nice place, all the furniture seemed flimsy and there were a couple things broken in the apartment when we got there but nothing that ruined the trip

Baseball and the beach

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.
