One Of a Kind 'Waterfront ' Dream house "

House is located in a private family run compound. This luxury 3br/2bath, spacious cottage has spectacular water views from every room. The master bedroom has a private deck to enjoy with views across the river to Gateway National Park and Sandy Hook Bay. The unit has hardwood floors, furnished with a queen-sized beds. The kitchen is brand new with custom cabinets, new microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator icemaker. The Living room has a sofa sleeper and the Dining room can accommodate 10 people, with 3 additional counter seats in kitchen. Backyard is the Shrewsbury River with fishing off our private dock. Walking distance to local park, beach, museum, restuarant, and nightlife.

Amazing location

We had the best time at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the location. It was close to the beach, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to get ice cream at night. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

July 4th Family Vacation

Beautiful house on the water in an unbeatable location. Short walk over the bridge to free uncrowded beaches. Multiple restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Great evenings sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the river watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to come back.

This property looks just like the pictures and was easy to find. It is a quick drive or walk to Sandy hook and the shoreline. The house was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Views All Around

We stayed for a weekend at this gorgeous home right on the water. The home is warm and very inviting. Gary was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions that we had. There are many restaurants within walking distance and Sandy Hook is a short drive away! We plan to come back again soon!
