The Beachy Cute Cottage with Air Conditioning is located near the Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. Location is within walking distance (just 500 steps!) to eateries, nightlife, shopping, and the Pacific Ocean, the beach and the bay. The home faces west, for coastal breezes from the ocean. It is part of the front duplex, and faces a large front yard with green grass, and two large purple-blooming jacaranda trees. The front yard is gated, and is surrounded by a six-foot high living hedge. Note: a small and gentle pet may be considered.

The home is located on the ground floor. Plank tile hard flooring throughout. Each bedroom has a Queen or Full bed, dresser, blackout shades, ceiling fan. One full bathroom, with tiled tub and shower surround. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs with full-size appliances. Very bright and sunny, with two sofas in the living room, 50-inch flat screen TV. WIFI, water, gardener included. Guest pays SDGE (gas and electric) for any amount over $100 per month. Ceiling fans throughout. The outdoor patio is accessed through your glass kitchen door, and features grass and bistro set. This home is sparkling clean, and has all five-star reviews. The home comes with one reserved parking space in the driveway, with direct access to your parking space from your private back gate. Additional parking and/or garage may be available for extra fee, ask the owner. Laundry room (complementary) is on site with designated laundry days.

Pacific Beach is a neighborhood in San Diego, bounded by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south and the Pacific Ocean to the west. A short 15-minute drive to downtown San Diego or the airport. "P.B.," as it is known as by local residents, is home to one of San Diego's more developed nightlife scenes, with a great variety of bars, eateries, gyms and clothing stores, parks, wide sandy beaches and boardwalks.

Rent this beach cottage and live the barefoot beach life! While you’re here, the best way to get around PB is to buy a used bike when you arrive, and then resell it when you leave, as most shopping, restaurants and beaches are within a three-block radius from The Beachy Cute Cottage.

Remotes and wall switches are sanitized, tile floors cleaned, kitchen and bathroom sanitized, every detail is covered. We provide in your starter kit TP and cleaning supplies for your use.
