What a fantastic vacation rental! Communication with our host was excellent. The location was fantastic for visiting a lively beach area of San Diego. There are many things to do within walking and biking distance, and I would gladly stay here again.

We had such a great stay at our VRBO in San Diego. This was our second time staying at this location. Great experience, needs better beach chairs and maybe a better bed!

Perfect lovers villa! Highly recommended, perfect location and perfect for a couple. The room is set up perfect and the owner has put nice touches throughout. Truly no complaints at all.

This Studio was perfect for my wife and I. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and all San Diego fun within driving distance. Easy private parking. Host had great communication and made the check in/out process very easy. Would rent again if we found ourselves in San Diego.

Wonderful location!! Parking a huge plus! The home itself is a delight! Absolutely beautiful getaway! Absolutely will be returning to this property and our host Ricardo was on point! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Great rental. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. Great hot tub and courtyard. Weekends in PB can get a little crazy but always a fun time

Great place!

We liked this place a lot! It’s really nice and has everything you need. The hot tub and outdoor tv were awesome! The location could not have been better, great restaurants and local places for good coffee!

Nice cozy place near the beach

Very pleased with property and communication from host. Located very close to everything. The private courtyard with tub and shower were especially nice. There is even an outdoor TV that can be watched while in the hot tub. Place was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage

My wife & I had a wonderful stay. The studio is perfect inside with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the secluded patio with the hot tub, soaking tub & outside shower. Ricardo is a great responsive host. We will definitely be returning.

The location is incredible. One block to beach, so close to restaurants and the grocery store. The space is really awesome…. Great outdoor space with a jacuzzi, outdoor tv, comfortable chairs and lounge, and shower was awesome outside for post beach and post jacuzzi. Inside was modern and fresh and well equipped. Ricardo was incredible as host. He was sooooo responsive. Example, we had 3 of us and there were 2 beach towels…. 2 additional towels were there in what felt like minutes without me asking! We spent 10 nights and loved it. It was warm and humid and the a/c was a game changer. Loved the Nespresso. All touches were like a hotel and so nice. I saw a review of the bed not very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I do agree the beach chairs were not great but the beach umbrella was awesome and here was a cooler if needed. My only complaint was parking. I perhaps missed that the space would not accommodate an SUV. I have a mid-size suv and when I got into town, I opened the gate and quickly knew I could never squeeze in between 2 of the vehicles that were there. I was really mad. Knowing parking is gold at the beach and I felt I paid a premium to have parking included had me angry. I was able to secure street parking for throughout my stay but sometimes several blocks. So warning…. Only 1 spot will accommodate an SUV and ironically it is the smallest back unit of the 3 units on this property. The other 2 spots are tiny. Be warned!Overall loved it.

Amazing San Diego Oasis

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing get away and this property did not disappoint. It was exactly like the photos and descriptions. The private, enclosed patio was fantastic. Having a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring was clutch. There is so much within walking distance including a Ralphs for groceries. We didn't bring a car but there was a private parking spot too. Ubers had no problem finding the location. The house was perfect for the two of us with a very comfy couch and bed. We will certainly be back.

Weekend stay

GREAT! We had a wonderful time, the unit was super clean (thank you!) and the amenities were worth the price for sure - right down to the dishes/pots pans etc. The hot tub was a very nice amenity, as was the tub/shower outside. A couple of things to improve...a wet swiffer or broom would be nice cause the sand gets everywhere and it would have been nice to sweep it up as we went. A few more hooks in the bath or on the wall would be good, perhaps another town bar above the toilet under the headbanger cabinet and lastly a full length mirror on the closet door would be a nice add. Overall we would recommend this unit to friends/family wanting a beautiful property in San Diego! Thanks for a nice time!

Ricardo has been wonderful! This place & it’s location are simply amazing! Just a block from the beach & a few blocks from the bay. All of this & it still felt secluded & private. Our dog loved the spacious outdoor space while we enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back :)
