Seascape villa is proud to provide an allergen-free environment and guests won't have to put up with pet odor or run-down furnitures due to previous pet's presence.



Our price is set at 17 people at this time. If your group has more than 17 guests, it will be an additional $10/night plus tax in addition and the quote will reflect that when you indicate your exact number of guests.

** Your safety is our top priority. We take pride in providing extra care in cleaning and then disinfecting our villas for your enjoyment. All of our towels/linens and bedspreads are washed between all bookings unlike other rentals where they are washed intermittently. swimming pool and Jacuzzi are private for your use and not shared with other houses. You can vacation at our villa with a peace of mind

**From 5/22 to 9/7, a 4 night minimum is required on weekends, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, unless availability is less than 4 nights.

Special days/holidays such as Holy/ Easter , spring break etc... will also have a 4-5 night minimum. Otherwise, there is a 3 night minimum requirement.

**Check-in time is anytime after 4PM on your arrival date

**Check-out time is before 10AM on your departure date

This SEASCAPE villa features spectacular Gulf views from the living areas!

Enjoy a huge 75 inch HDTV in the great room as well as multiple other TVs in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas and has amenities galore: granite Countertops, two large refrigerators, ( a 3rd fridge in the garage), two dishwashers, double ovens, 2 microwaves, oversize cooktop, ceiling fans, extra capacity high-efficiency washer and dryer, high chair and pack-n-play.

For your outdoor pleasure, this is a private single residence with its own swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi and BBQ and patio seating, furnished open and covered decks plus 2 outdoor showers and full bathrooms on the lower level so you don't have to run upstairs from the 18 ft x 35 ft pool or beach. You'll find plenty of parking in our 2 car garage, 6 car capacity driveway along with street parking.



No one will have to sacrifice as we have all king size memory foam beds in all of the bedrooms plus the return of our popular slumber-party bedroom for the kids.

All of our bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms. There are 2 half-baths located on the 1st and 2nd floors also. Relax on our deck while watching your children play safely in the colossal swimming pool or you can join them in the relaxing Jacuzzi.

For your indoor pleasure, you can kick back and enjoy your favorite show or DVD with numerous TV's including our new 75-inch LED . We also provide modernized electronics. The home is fully equipped with hi-speed WiFi network.

Don't forget the game room where you can enjoy your choice of cold beer while shooting a friendly game of billiard with your family.

We are only blocks from the shops, restaurants and main activity core of South Padre island This extraordinary home is ideal for large families, reunions, business treat or for relaxing in style with the best beach view and ample space.

*POOL GUIDELINES AND RULES

During winter months when the swimming pool needs to be heated, the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees.

The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.

- Kitchen- fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two large size refrigerators, two dish washer, two conventional ovens, two microwave ovens. It is design to perfectly accommodate your large group

- Balcony- with the best view of the beach and beach access. Don't miss the sunrise while enjoying your favorite coffee to start your awesome day. From this prime spot, you can see the fun activities happening below at the swimming pool and BBQ/picnic area.

- Main Master Suite: 2nd floor, opens to the front balcony, king size bed with luxurious 13' memory foam mattress. Sitting area with 40' TV and a FULL size futon. Huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet
