This vacation home (2.5 Miles from Disneyland - 8 min drive) is the showcase for our reputation in term of Design & Manage our property to deliver your most wonderful time while staying. Graduate from an Architecture School, and work for an architecture firm for 12 years, I transform the house into Kid's Paradise.... full of architectural details, it looks great and function well. Child Safety is our #1 criteria during remodeling, and furnishing process. It is a huge 2,850 sq. ft. but you will feel a lot bigger than this for a big group.

Family stay for disney

Probably our favorite house we have stayed at to go to Disney. Clean, very spacious, had toys and toiletries we needed. Great response time from host when we had questions. Fabulous home. Close to Disney. Great pool.

Great, but would not stay again

The keypad to get into the house is very annoying because it’s hard press the right code the first time and when you do it wrong it locks you out of house for 30 seconds before you can attempt again. The stove is very annoying because it is very hard to learn how to make it work. The oven took 35 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees. The worst part of all was that the stairs are extremely slippery and my young Disneyland going kids kept slipping on the stairs and one of them fell down the stairs because of how slippery and not properly angled. (Kids bedroom is up the stairs so they would go up and down frequently). It’s a decent house but for price next time I will stay somewhere else because of these issues.

Great Disney trip!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! My kids loved the pool, and it was close to Disney. We found it to be clean, and it was very easy to communicate with Catherine.

Disney vacation

The property was spacious and a perfect setting for my family that is close to Disneyland. The drive to Disney didnt need highway. The pool was great even in 50 degree temperature.

Needs cleaned

House close to Disneyland but the house was pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. Bare bones accommodations, broken down couches, dirty floors, walls and oven. Toilets clean but shower needs a scrubbing. Sheets seemed clean. Hot tub heater automatically shut off so spa never got hot enough to use. I would not rec

Disappointed

When we arrived the alarm went off. Had to go to the store to buy cleaning products as the kitchen, windows and doors were dirty. Had to wash bedding as my daughter got bit up by bugs in the bed. kitchen utensils need to be updated, as well as the coffee situation. Too many remotes for each TV, only able to get one TV to work. Swimming pool was not heated. Host showing up without letting us know, as we thought it was someone trying to break in.

Great House Near Disney

Our family of eight went to California to enjoy five days of going to the different parks, Disneyland, California, California Adventure, and Universal Studios for My youngest granddaughter’s 10th Birthday celebration. The place was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful experience with our Vrbo manager… She was extremely responsive and helped with a few little issues that we had and questions that we had. We will definitely stay there again, should we go back to visit the parks in the near future!

Great Proximity to Disneyland

Stayed here for a special event at Disneyland. House fit our needs. Pool and spa were great to have available after a few Run Disney race events! Host communicated well and we had no issues.

Fell short of description and expectation

We just checked out this morning and I’ll start with positives. Clean washer and dryer that worked well, decent neighborhood, 8-10 min from Toy Story Lot, all doors locked. Negatives and misleading description: Nothing is luxurious. Roaches, roaches roaches. Killed two, three escaped. Notified owners. They responded that they were on a bi-weekly pest maintenance schedule and would notify their pest company. If that were the case, the bugs would have been found dead-not alive. The A/C is controlled with preset locked Nest thermostat on a timer. Once you arrive home, you can override the temp, taking several hours to cool, then it will reset and you start the process over. Minimal circulation was only achieved with box fans and it blew warm air. We were uncomfortable the entire week. The house never fully cooled off. The box and floor fans provided were filthy, yet were required for each bedroom for us to sleep. Kitchen appliances were filthy: coffeemaker, toaster, oven, etc. upstairs shower drain had a drain that wasn’t attached leaving a 4 inch drain hole in the kids’ shower. 2 Booster seats pictured and advertised were not present, so we had to purchase one, then throw away.

Softball tournament

We stayed for 10 days. The home was exactly as described. There were 7 in the family and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was amazing!

The property worked well for our family in town for a wedding

The property has a good amount of space, but could use some TLC and a deep clean. The owner did respond and spent a good amount of time on a Saturday to replace a washing machine that had broken. There are a lot of stairs to consider. The pool is beautiful, but not for toddlers.

Nice but needy

Property met our overall accomodation Internal painting needed, kitchen sink in bad repair, cupboard above washing machine very dirty, floors needed washing. Beautiful house in good area but just needs a refresh and thorough cleaning!

Nice property, easy access to parks

The property was as described and the host was very easy to communicate with. There were a couple of issues (like many rentals including our own) but they were corrected. I would recommend to stay.

Location was perfect for our Disney adventure. House was very spacious! Pool and spa was a great amenity to have! More towels for the amount of people it sleeps would have been nice, overall, great stay!

Needs cleaning!!

Unfortunately, this house did not live up to the standards of a VRBO. This house needs to be cleaned!! There is dirt everywhere. It also had a musty smell when we arrived. I have never been grossed out by the filth. There was hair in the bathroom drawers, dirt on baseboards, floor didn't feel clean, and the kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected as well. I had to wash dishes/cooking tools before I used them. The outside BBQ needs to be cleaned as well. I wonder if they use a professional company to clean. The only rooms in the house decorated cute were the two kids rooms. The rest of the house had no character or decorations. The kitchen is ill equipped. One example is I couldn't find measuring cups or spoons. The air condition thermostat is a nest which can be controlled remotely. Every time we left the house, we would come back and the air conditioning was adjusted to 79 degrees. We cool our home to 75 degrees and we should have been in control of that. It took two hours to cool the house down every day. Plus the second story was a lot hotter. Thankfully they had some fans to use. There is one positive to this home, which is the pool. The kids loved that it was deep so they could jump and dive in. The owner was available with questions throughout our stay and always responded. Bottom line, find another place to stay.

Okay Property/ Great location

Some good, a lot of not so good for the price. The house needs a deep cleaning. We found chips under one of the beds, the faucets weren’t properly cleaned, the walls and doors, dining room chairs were a bit dirty. I have rented several properties through VRBO, older homes, nothing fancy that were way cleaner than this home. Just heads up for guests who worry about cleanliness. Please be aware that if you stay in the winter months there is a fee of $40 per day if you wish to use pool and spa heater. We opted out since it was pretty hot outside. Just know since this is not mentioned in the listing description and won’t know until you book. Beds situation. Our party had three adult couples and we intended to use the room with the twins and bunk beds for one of the families, well that was not possible since neither of the teenage boys nor an adult felt safe in the bunk beds. Unfortunately They had to sleep in the living room couches. The room with the car beds are for toddlers, so think about that if you have toddlers who do not sleep alone. You can’t really sleep an adult or teenager in those beds. The only comfortable bed was the one downstairs (according to my in-laws). The master bed is super noisy and uncomfortable, the pillows are all flat so bring your own! Now the good stuff. The location is perfect if you are traveling to Disney, the pool area is nice (but only used it once since we had plans pretty much every day). The house is super roomy downstairs.
