This well maintained unit at The Yachtsman sleeps up to 6 individuals. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The bedrooms are furnished with a king bed, a queen and two twins. The unit has five levels of living space that includes a full kitchen and dining area. There are two outdoor spaces. The main feature of the unit is an outdoor deck that overlooks both Nantucket Sound and Lewis Bay. Beautiful for the both the sunset and sunrise. It is a great place to start the day with your favorite cup of coffee and to end the day with a great bottle of wine. You'll have access to a private beach on Lewis Bay (on the resort property), a public beach (Kalmus Beach) and a private pool at the resort. All three are very close to your front/back door. If exploring is your thing...it's just a short walk (1/2 mile) to the Ferry Landing for your island adventure. If shopping & eating catches your fancy, Main Street in Hyannis is just a mile down the road. There is one parking spot (there is no guarantee but a possibility to add another, let us know if you are interested). 1+ gig speed on our WiFi.

Great stay in Hyannis

My family really enjoyed our stay. Property was as described and well stocked. Homemade brownies waiting for us was a plus! Mary was extremely pleasant to work with and she made sure we were well informed about what was going on in the complex. We loved the private beach area and the third floor deck

Perfect location and cozy just like home!

Fantastic place to stay. Location was perfect for early morning walks, quick bites to eat and ice cream for after dinner. Easy pool and beach access and close to marina where we enjoyed our fishing trip. The condo was clean, spacious and cozy just like home. We would recommend this place and would enjoy staying again.

A very Happy 4th of July

The condo was perfectly located, right on the beach, and walkable to Town. It was clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated. The owner was friendly and responsive. She even left freshly baked brownies on the counter for our arrival! Would definitely rent again.

Lucked out and got perfect place

First time at Cape Cod. This place turned out to be a perfect place to work out of. Easy to get to other destinations. 5 minute bike ride to ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Owner is easy to work with and very responsive. Thanks Mary!!

Cape Condo in great location

The condo was located within walking distance to a small beach, short walk to marina walking area with restaurants and ice cream and a bit further walk to Main St. Condo had multiple floors with lots of steps, a small but lovely rooftop with views of water, very well kept and clean with amenities provided. Owner was in contact throughout stay and pleasant to work with. Perfect little place for my family of five with teens.

Would recommend

Great property in a quiet location with an easy walk to beaches and Hyannis. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. It was a shame we weren’t staying longer.

Wonderful getaway with easy access to beach and ferries!

Stayed with my family (2 young children) and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Mary was very responsive and helpful - a wonderful host! A quick walk to the beach, which was perfect for the little ones. The pool was amazing and the lifeguards were a bonus! Walkable to the ferries and a quick drive to Main Street.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient for going to island ferries as well as down town Hyannis restaurants. It also very easy to get to beaches on other parts of the cape if you feel like exploring one other then the one thats a 1 minute walk from the back porch. Also really enjoyed sitting out on the roof deck at night to watch all the boats come and go while listening to the wild life. Our daughter really loved seen all the bunnies running around.

Lovely Experience

Place was just as advertised. Stayed at other units within the same property before, only to end up disappointed in the cleanliness - but not in this case! Pleasant experience from the beginning to end.

Perfect getaway for our family of 5!

Loved the location in Hyannis...able to walk to town and ferry but also quiet private beach and pool. Condo with perfect set up With bedroom on each floor for privacy but also great living room and kitchen area for family time. The best part though is the balcony...loved overlooking the harbor both in the morning and evening! Mary, thank you for making our visit to the Cape so smooth!

Family vacay July 2023

Location of the property was fantastic! Centrally located to everything we did during our stay in Massachusetts. Quick and easy walk to quiet, clean, calm, private beach and then an easy quick walk from there to the larger public beach, also clean and not crowded. Mary was very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly before and during stay. Two adults and 3 kids (14, 11, and 4) for the week, plenty of beds, spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms for all to have their space.

Hyannis Townhouse

Wonderful stay at the townhouse. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful views from rooftop deck. Mary our host was top notch and had quick responses to any of our questions. Only word to the wise I would have is if you have any kind of difficulty with stairs, there is plenty of them to go around in this home.

Family Escape on the Cape

This rental is outstanding! Do not hestitate to book. Everything about the stay is wonderful. Great size rooms, comfortable beds, cleanliness, proximity to beach, pool, town, and working with the homeowners is a delight. Oh and the peace and quiet is a welcome change. Great Beach Vacation!

We had a great trip to Hyannis. The Yachtsman is a great location with plenty to do. The beach and pool are steps away and a playground is right next door. We could also walk to the ferries and restaurants or take a quick drive downtown for more restaurant choices. The house was clean and well appointed and met our needs perfectly. Mary was very communicative and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this for a great family beach vacation.

Nice place!

The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were ample supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms and we had most everything we needed! Communication before and during the stay was great. Mary notified us that 2 of the air conditioners needed repair and she had a repairman come as soon as possible, which was appreciated! The place was closer to the street side, but we still had a great water view and less than a 3 minute walk to the private beach. Mary also made us a tray of brownies which was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!

Easy breezy

Mary was a wonderful host, and her property is the perfect getaway! The living room and top floor roof deck have sweeping views of the beautiful cape waters, and marshes. The 1st floor deck has a gate that leads right out to a short convenient walk to the beach, as well as water spicket so sandy feet can be washed away. The master suite and two other guest bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for a week vacation! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, the prime location is unmatched!

Excellent Choice!

Excellent location and such a comfortable condo. Mary is a very accommodating host. Master bed is sooo comfy! Well stocked with everything you need. If you don't like stairs this isn't the condo for you, but that is clearly stated upfront. Close to all things Cape Cod, especially the ferries to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. We would return anytime!!!

Lovely kept complex, great location, walk to beaches and restaurants.

The owner of the unit was amazing, she had everything in the house you could ever need. Beach towels, games. Puzzles, tea. Coffee, spices. Paper plates, dishes. Pots and pans, wine glasses, plus plus plus. I highly recommend this unit!

Outstanding communication with owner, convenient location & beautiful and clean place!

We would highly recommend this townhouse as it has everything you need and is so clean! Mary is an absolute pleasure to deal with and her communication is outstanding! The homemade brownies we were greeted with and the ice bag in the freezer was such a welcoming touch! The townhouse has 4 levels which we loved and the rooftop deck was a favorite! It was so nice to be able to walk to local restaurants in Hyannis and to the ferry (about 15 minute walk). Mary and her son Bill gave us great recommendations too. Thank you Mary for making our stay so pleasant! We will be back!

Best unit in the complex!!!

Have been vacationing at the Cape for the last 17 years and this by far was the best stay ever! The condo is the perfect home with spacious bedrooms and fabulous views. My family and I loved the 4th of July fireworks from the top balcony. We also couldn't get over how quiet it was in the morning and night sitting outside. Mary was amazing easy to book and always available via text if need be. Highly recommend this unit 3 teenagers all happy and wishing to return. You can't go wrong with this booking don't hesitate. Thanks again Mary looking forward to next summer. Stacey

Great Location Amenities not accurately described

Property is in a great location and was very clean. Owner was very responsive to text communications. Also had a tray of brownies waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. Only complaint is property was listed as having pool and hot tub access. The pool is only available on the weekends in June which is really non-usable when you arrive late Saturday and leave early Saturday the following week. Also the heater was broken so water was freezing. Also property was described as having hot tub access which does not exist. Otherwise we had a great stay with no other real issues. Ocean was warm so kids just enjoyed the beach.

My family is now into it's 6th generation (I've got a feeling the 7th isn't too far off) in New England. We were all raised, educated and bred to the culture in the area. For the last 20 years I've lived in Denver, CO., but I couldn't rid myself of the roots I established in Massachusetts so I decided to buy my unit at The Yachtsman back in 2008. My immediate family still surrounds the area. My brother and niece live about a mile away. My nephew is in college at BU in Boston, my mother and stepfather live just outside of Providence on the Mass side. I will always have a leg planted in New England but I pride myself in living in two of the most beautiful places in this great country.

Hyannis makes traveling the Cape easy. Whether heading out to P-town or into Boston you are centrally located. When my family and I travel to our escape in Hyannis we really appreciate the fact that we can walk to just about anything we want to do. We've got great beaches, restaurants, the ferry, and Main Street in Hyannis. All can be reached by the soles of our feet (literally, no better way to do it than barefoot).

Water, water and more water. My unit at the Yachtsman is surrounded by water on three sides. If that is not enough then join us at the pool which is private to anyone staying at the resort. Upgrades are plentiful and maintenance is impeccable at The Yachtsman. The local fauna/flora is beautifully kept and there is a bird conservation area right out behind the patio off the dining room.
