A spacious living/dining area at the center of unit divides two separate bedroom suites with remodeled bathrooms and plenty of storage. The kitchen area features beautiful bamboo cabinetry, granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, and adjacent utility storage closet with Bosch washer and dryer. We have a large lanai with table seating for 4 plus lounge, flat screen HD TV, wi-fi, AC and ceiling fans, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and covered parking with ample street parking for visitors all available to you! Other amenities in this community include a beautifully tiled pool area complete with shower, lounge chairs, tables, lawn space, gas grills, citrus fruit and plumeria trees, and plenty of sunshine!
Haleakala Shores is a mere 10min walk to boat launch, local ice cream shop, art galleries, restaurants, and convenience store. Not to mention the idilic Kamaole Beach Park III just across the street featuring walking paths and playground area, as well as the life guard protected beach area great for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, and body surfing just minutes from our door. Within a few miles you can find world class golf courses, trendy shopping and dining in Wailea, and even more stunning beaches!
