Pull in to the carport located right at your front door and step into this bright and airy condo fully equipped with televisions in the living room and each bedroom. A full kitchen renovation includes brand new appliances and countertops. Fantastic patio with comfortable furniture to enjoy warm summer nights with a cup of joe from the Keurig. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a patio with table and chairs and an attached upgraded bathroom. Well equipped with all kitchen items and plenty of towels and linens. A very relaxing home for you to enjoy. The complex has 4 swimming pools, spa, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, and private beach access.

Del Mar Beach Club is a non-smoking complex. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
Pet Policies:
•  Contact our office for approval before booking.
•  Dogs are welcome at the property. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.
•  Please do not leave your dogs alone or unattended during your stay.
•  We ask that you do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds.
•  A $500 refundable pet deposit and a pet cleaning fee are required to ensure the accommodation is maintained in pristine condition.
•  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.
•  We ask that you observe HOA rules that are included in your welcome packet regarding pets. These rules also apply to Service Animals.

Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Clean and comfortable

Wonderful location! Easy to get anywhere in San Diego area. Beautiful views of the ocean from the observation deck and direct access to beach. Enjoyed the beautiful weather on the private patio.

The upstairs got pretty warm a few nights during our stay. Tyler with Stubbs was very helpful and supplied us with two fans. Dealing with Stubbs is a pleasure.

Fun for a family

We stay at the Del Mar Beach Club every year with our family. The condos are all great for what we need them for. The beach is semi private and the waves are gentle for the little ones. When we arrived, we had issues with the lights and internet not working. Even though it was after hours, there was someone to help us almost immediately and got everything up and working. I had to drano one of the sinks, but after coming here for so many years, things like that are common and not unexpected. The beds were comfortable and towels were clean. We’d definitely use this condo again.

Great communication, easy check in, clean. A little warm at night without fans in each room. Kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment. Loved the patio and deck off master. Would stay here again. There was construction going on with the building across from us.

Its a nice place

So I think my expectations were made higher by the rules of the property, so I may have been a little disappointed at first. They set expectations of how to act once you get to the property I think I expected perfection. There were a few items that stood out, like shipping tape holding down the stair tread, and the leaking drain in the kitchen sink. Neither a big deal, and since my son is a journeyman plumber he quickly fixed the sink. Once the initial surprised wore off I realized its great place to stay in. Its roomy, and has plenty of bathrooms for a big family stay. All the appliances were nice, and so was the kitchen items they provide. I think my biggest complaint has nothing to do with the property, but the irresponsible dog owners that refuse to leash their dogs, and let them run all over you, your stuff, and my grand son. There is a dog beach close to the property beach, and 9 out of 10 dog owners just tlet them run crazy. Its super annoying. But again the house is really nice, and well stocked with cooking necessities.

Wonderful condo and an amazing experience!

Rented this property with my family, and had an amazing time! Everything about our stay was excellent! Position, proximity to the beach, WholeFoods, delMar, parks, you name it! Would stay there every time we come back to Solana Beach!!

It's a 2 minute walk down the beach and the beach is never crowded - it's like a private beach! The rental was nicely furnished and had a well appointed kitchen. The downsides were that the washing machine was broken the entire week and there were ants in the kitchen. The mgmt company dropped off some bait traps but never followed up on when the washing machine was going to be fixed. We had to drive to the neighboring complex to do laundry which was a huge inconvenience. But even with the laundry issue, I would definitely rent here again!

Very comfortable condo with everything you could ever need!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very attractive and had comfortable beds, sofa, and dining table. Nice patio area with new seating and an umbrella for shade. We used that area a lot. The kitchen was newly remodeled and had all the things you would need to fix a meal. There were plenty of towels and bedding and they had some cleaning supplies for a quick clean up. The washer stopped working a day before we left but they were sending someone out to fix it and as is typical of CA rentals, you need to be very careful to not leave any crumbs out or you will have ants, but overall it was a great gathering place for our family and the beach is the best I’ve ever been to in CA. Perfect for little ones and almost like a private beach. The pools are also a wonderful amenity. We have been coming to Del Mar Beach Club for over 25 years and we feel like it’s a hidden gem. We would definitely rent this place again if it’s available!
