Situated atop a bluff on the Pacific Ocean, this luxurious condominium soars above the others with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from its very private patios. You will also enjoy ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Located in the exclusive Surfsong community, this home blends beach living with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It offers a modern kitchen, luxurious pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area, fireplaces with easy remote control lighting in the living room and primary bedroom, electronic window shades, wireless internet and a washer/dryer. The living area also features a 50" smart TV with surround sound and a gorgeous new chandelier in dining room. Pop a pod in the Keurig and step out on the patio to enjoy your coffee while searching for dolphins.
Both bathrooms remodeled in summer 2021 as well as paint and LED recessed lighting throughout home. The master bedroom also has a new smart TV. There are 2 convenient parking spaces in the underground gated garage.
Beach access is less than a quarter-mile walk to beautiful Fletcher Cove with basketball court and playground. Also within walking distance to the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack.
The complex of Surfsong is one of the most desirable on the Solana Beach Bluffs. Conveniences include two garage parking spaces with on-site carts to take your luggage or groceries up the elevator to your unit. Take a dip in the salt water pool or relax in the hot tub after playing a game of pickleball or tennis. There are also electric vehicle charging stations. The complex has tennis and pickle ball courts.
Take a walk to the Cedros Design District for unique shopping or head over to the train station where you can take the Coaster to downtown San Diego or up to Oceanside. Walk to shopping and excellent restaurants as well as live music at the Belly-Up Tavern.

Quiet beach family getaway.

Very comfortable with an unbeatable view. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and reserved underground parking. Will definitely book again.

Delightful place

Lovely condo, very private, great layout - sounds like a small thing but comfy and thoughtful balcony, nook, and living room furniture. Great location. Kitchen a smidge dated, but clean and completely adequate. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Solana beach stay

Great location - easy to get to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, etc. BEAUTIFUL views - Mother Nature also provided beautiful sunsets AND moonsets! Daily dolphin sightings. Easy to get out for day trips to La Jolla, Del Mar, Point Loma, LA. Clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen - Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Would hope to stay here again for our next West Coast trip!

Solana Beach Song 8 Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed 10 days and nights at Song 8. The condo was exactly as described. We found it to be very clean, private, quiet, and relaxing. The main bedroom had a sliding door opening out to the sounds and sights of the Pacific. The main bathroom and closet were spacious. We enjoyed the condo surrounding balcony with very comfortable furniture and beautiful ocean views. The entire condo was very roomy. Our teenage grandson joined us and had his own bedroom and bathroom that gave him some privacy along with beach gear which he enjoyed. He also found the ocean views especially those on the balcony enjoyable. The Stubbs team was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Our tv remote needed new batteries. After contacting the office, a person came and replaced them quickly even leaving extra batteries. While we were there, glass washers came and cleaned all glass on our deck which made our views fantastic! There was easy access to Fletcher Cove and good restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. The parking garage and elevator were easily accessible and a great addition to our stay. As was the security. We felt very safe. The washer/dryer were handy and an added bonus. I would highly recommend Song 8, especially if you are looking for a clean, safe, relaxing vacation stay. The area is close to De Mar, Torrey Pines, and La Jolla which are always fun places to visit. I would highly recommend Song 8 as a relaxing vacation get-a-way. My only suggestion is the kitchen might benefit from some updates. It was, however, well functioning and we cooked several delicious meals.

Unfortunate Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in Surf song Unit 8. In the 20 years I have been renting Ocean Front Rentals exclusively from Dave Stubbs this was absolutely the worst rental I have ever experienced !!!
