Celia - A beautiful, historic adobe home set in a lovely garden perfect for a secluded Taos getaway. The home exudes New Mexico charm with its thick adobe walls, beamed viga ceilings and a kiva fireplace. Newly installed Mini Split AC units in each bedroom which cool the rest of the home when doors left open. A fully stocked kitchen with a charming dining room and outdoor dining area make entertaining easy any time of year. Two very separate master bedroom suites (one king; one queen) make this home an ideal choice for two couples. Each suite has 2 beautifully remodeled bathrooms featuring New Mexican travertine and sandstone. Completely updated, the home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The park-like setting provides a quiet oasis with lovely gardens; a beautifully terraced yard and patio with old growth aspens and fruit trees, and a secluded hot tub (upcoming in September 2020) making this the perfect setting to unwind after touring galleries, or enjoying a vigorous day of hiking or skiing. An easy 10 minute walk to the central downtown Taos Plaza or to El Monte Sagrado, this home is located in a great residential neighborhood, on a quiet lane just off Kit Carson Road making it one of the most popular Taos vacation rentals in Premiere Properties’ offerings.

Great house, perfect location

Loved staying here. It was comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. We would stay here again.

The property is absolutely a dream. Gorgeous adobe home complete with all the personal touches. Art, color, and comfort abound. The gardens are delightful, and we enjoyed the covered outside area as it rained much of our visit. The bedrooms are stunning, and the kitchen made us want to eat most of our meals there. We would stay again in the future.

Heaven in Taos

The house was just what we were looking for to give us that Southwest feel. The artwork and decorative touches were beautiful. We felt so welcome and at home. The only thing we suggest would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. Otherwise, fabulous place!

Beautiful Quintessential New Mexican Home

We enjoyed our stay at Celia. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt the warmth and charm of this house. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the peaceful outdoor garden where we enjoyed our first cup of coffee in the morning. This place is something special.

Beautiful Getaway for the Family!

Our family of four had a wonderful New Year's stay here in this quaint destination. Just as described, the home was well-appointed, impeccably decorated and spotless. It fit the bill for the winter get-away that our family was looking for. Close to skiing, shopping and restaurants, we appreciated having the ability to walk into town for a bite to eat or just a stroll down these historic streets. We had a memorable time that won't soon be forgotten!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This is truly a great two bedroom Casita, repeat with a superbly appointed kitchen. One item to consider is a new mattress in the master. Lovely place. The hot tub was fresh and refreshing.

Lovely home and setting.

As described online, but even better. Well appointed for dining in or just a place to crash after a long day of hiking and/or sightseeing. Decor was everything you’d imagine for Taos. Kitchen had everything a cook would need.

Charming home close to Plaza

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove to Taos to attend the Charley Crockett concert. We stayed in Celia a short walk to the Kit Carson Park (under 10 minutes). The adobe home was clean, well equipped and had absolutely beautiful grounds. Flowers and shade trees lined and tiered flagstone paths and landings where you can sit, read, sip, relax, visit, reflect or simply listen to the birds sing. Instructions were clear and easy.

Lovely grounds

Beautiful home. Never felt like a rent house. It is a well appointed home and we felt like treasured guests. The yard and outdoor seating areas were wonderful and added to our enjoyment. Landscape is so professional. It impressed us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place needs love

Really liked the house. Great privacy for each of two couples. Garden needs care and weeding. Walls need paint to cover the stains. Was dusty and smelled musty upon arrival. The contract did not mention having to wash towels, strip beds or put the garbage out for pick up.

Celia was everything we hoped for!!!!

Our stay at Celia was perfect. The divide of the house with the kitchen and common room in the middle was perfect for two couples to feel right at home. The grounds and house were gorgeous. The cleanliness of the home was appreciated and kitchen was packed with all essentials to feel as if it was your own home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. Extremely well appointed with artwork throughout. The gardens are a tranquil place for a cup of coffee and reading the paper. Everything about Celia is well done. Walking distance to the plaza and other shops. I would highly recommend.

Disappointed with cleanness.

This is a very nice property but with poor management. Could not reach the caretaker as her voice mail was full. Had to call to the main office to get information for checking-in. Upon arrival, the house noticeably smelled and the whole house was dirty. Our vacation started with mopping the floors and ventilating the house. We will not return.
