I came here for my bday trip! The house needs painting. The first issue I had was a bug and lizard was in the house well the bug was in the sink. I stated it to the manager he seemed irritated I said it so I left that alone. The next issue is they don’t provide a mop in there. The screen on the window was off and the golf cart wasn’t working they got that fix. This house really isn’t worth what it’s worth. It needs a lot of update to it. Please read reviews before you be in the same thing I experience. The only thing I can say is the beach is real close by.

Annual family vacation

The property was a great location, it was a very roomy and spacious condo. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The condo was very clean and had three large king beds, which is what we needed. Overall experience was fantastic, and we will definitely return.

4th of July stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit is perfect. I chose it because I didn't want to spend hours of my family vacation waiting on the elevator. The high ceilings give the place an even larger feel. The supplies in the kitchen were sparse. You should check the unit before your next guest. Should have a minimum of 2 baking sheets, 2 dish cloths, etc.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for my husband and I to bring our kids and also our parents along. It was so spacious. We loved the easy access to everything in Sandestin with the golf cart. The house was great to cook meals in during some unexpected raining days. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic time in Sandestin, FL

A Trip to the Terrace!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was pretty good, however there were things that could have been better. The unit was clean, though it seemed as though hastily. Bugs and small lizards were an issue, and that was a first for me, as we a frequent visitors to the resort, and usually go through Platinum Vacations when we arrange our stay. The unit is in decent shape, however it does need some updating. I understand how rental properties work, however, I feel as though the owners and future renters would benefit from some updating, and fixing some the amenities, i.e., closet(s), flooring, wall patches done proper, and pressure washing of the exterior. Overall my vacation rental experience was 'good', and only a few minor things could have made it great. Still enjoyed my stay, and look forward to returning soon.

Good location - needs serious cleaning and maintenance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is close to the beach and in a good location. Carpet and all furnishings are very dirty and bathrooms/kitchen are out of date. Porches and patios are unusable due to filth and worn out furniture. Also, insects (roaches, etc.) were present in the unit every day.

Good size, needs updating

The condo was a great size/space for our family, and the golf cart for six was fantastic for getting around. The drawback is that the place needs to be updated. There were MANY stains on the carpet throughout the house, and several on the furniture and walls as well. This is why the cleanliness rating is low. The toilets on the first floor need to be replaced by ones that flush on the first try. We understand it is Florida, but a regular appointment with an exterminator should be obtained by the owner. We suspect the older doors/ windows and thresholds are not helpful in keeping the pests out. Could use a nonstick skillet/griddle that will lie flat on the stovetop and a few more coffee mugs. We had a problem with the washing machine only dispensing hot water, but Platinum was very responsive in getting a repair person to come and fix it. Several lights throughout the property were either burned out or not working. It would have been helpful to have a binder with some property-use information for some items including the golf cart. Overall the condo is a great size and location with a nice community pool. However, it needs a deep-cleaning overhaul and refurbishment for the rent charged.

Amazing Stay!

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Our favorite thing about the house was the 6 seater golf cart! Definitely came in handy in terms of getting to the beach which was a short 3 minute drive. I HIGHLY recommend this house!

Family vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and use of the cart was great. The layout of the house was great too- plenty of space for me and my 4 sons. Close to the pool and quick golf cart ride to the beach or warf. So fun! Beds were comfy and kitchen had most everything we needed- could update a few items. But there were a few problems. With a little maintenance this could be a great place to stay! First the dryer doesn’t dry- no heat. That was frustrating since I had to redry the clothes multiple times or hang them up with limited hangers. I reported it and it was never resolved while we were there. There were carpet stains including a massive stain in the main living area. It’s time to replace the carpet- so gross. There were TONS of bugs throughout the house. Gnats, spiders, other random bugs. Everyday, all the time. The air conditioner on the second floor went out while we were there and they came and fixed it BUT we were without cool air up there for a few days. Not ideal while on vacation. DON’T report any problems on the app- I don’t believe it is monitored. Once we called they responded to the AC problem.

Girls trip, high school 1979!

I will keep this short and sweet. I know you read it all the time but I’ve never written a bad review. This place should be taken off the rental market until they have repaired major issues. Terrible musty moldy smell when we walked in. The carpet was beyond filthy. I can’t even explain how filthy the carpet was. The bedding was worse than a Motel 6. Den furniture had stains everywhere. Showers had mold around grout. The location it’s good. The golf cart is good. But I would not recommend this property until the proper repairs and cleaning have been done. Very dissatisfied. Very! Money wasted.

My Snowbird get-a-way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome has plenty of room for a family to spread out. The unit was clean upon my arrival and while it's starting to show it's age, there was new living room furniture and updated appliances in the kitchen, and a new washing machine. The pictures of the townhome on the website were accurate. Having a garage to keep the golf cart in was a plus. Being in a gated neighborhood added a second level of security. The community pool is very close by and it's only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The property managers were very responsive to the small maintanence requests I had during the 3 months I was there. One downside was not having much of a view. The property was surrounded by trees in the back. I would recommend both this property and Platinum Vacations.

Plenty of space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at Tivoli. There are some updates that need to happen at the price point of this house. The location is great and the golf cart was very useful. We really enjoyed morning rides around Sandestin and also using it to go to dinner at Baytown! There was an issue with the dishwasher but the property management company was quick to respond and all issues resolved. When we first arrived there was a towel hanging behind the bathroom door and dishes left in the dishwasher but we didn’t mention anything to mgmt as it was not a huge problem for us to clean and put away, but something to note for future guests who may not be so understanding. One TV upstairs is only good for DVDs so that may be an issue for some. The oven and stove do not heat quickly and the pots and pans, cooking utensils should probably be replenished. I also think it is time for an exterminator to stop by for a visit. Despite those few issues we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the use of your house!

The house was the perfect size and we loved having the garage and the amazing golf cart - probably the kids favorite part of the whole trip! Having the golf cart made going to the beach SO much easier and fun at the same time.The pictures on the website don't entirely match up with what's in the house as things are being updated (so that's a good thing). That is my only piece of feedback on the house is keep updating things :) The bathrooms were the main places that need it but other than that we had a great time. And Platinum services was great, always willing to help and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Labor Day Annual Trip

This property is awesome. My family loves the floor plan and everyone has their own space. The patio is a cool relaxing outlet, and the golf cart is lagniappe. We look forward to renting again next year.

Excellent stay!

Platinum was easy and great to deal with. House was very nice and slept 8 of us pretty comfortably. Having the golf cart was a HUGE plus, as this is how we were able to get us and all our stuff to the beach. Will definitely keep this place in mind next vacation!
