Dixie Mountain Lane #3 is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1418 sq. ft. home located in a quieter part of Sunriver and is perfect for up to 8 guests! Your family can easily relax in this get-away home.

Gather with family and friends in the comfortable living room enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace, and the view of the outdoors, while your favorite movie is playing on the flat-screen TV.

The floor plan allows for your family meals to be easily served from the well-appointed kitchen. The family cook will surely enjoy the newly upgraded tile and kitchen appliances. The bench-style seating is perfect for family conversations or a wonderful place to play a family game.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds and private vanity areas, one of which has a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds for the family's little ones. The two queen bedrooms upstairs each have their own private access to the newly refurbished deck.

Explore the nearly 30+ miles of paved bike paths using the 4 provided bikes at the home. Then enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the private, enclosed hot tub. Enjoy a great BBQ dinner in the summer while sitting outside on the patio.

Dixie #3 comes with 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing your family access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Dixie #3 is equipped with cable and Free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi.

No need to struggle in the heat of the summer. Enjoy a newly installed Air Conditioning unit in 2024.

Fantastic place to land

We needed 4 bedrooms and I didn't want to spend top dollar on a house when we would be skiing everyday and only there in the evenings. The place is not modern but had a great set up for sleeping and cooking.

Solid, old school Sunriver house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 4 bed, 2 bath house was very well equipped and well-organized. We celebrated a birthday while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed to bake a cake and a special dinner. In fact, literally every drawer or cabinet was labeled w/ the contents. The location near the north store was handy. While the house does sleep 8, it was a little on the small size for that many adults and I would probably not rent it again for a group of more than 6. Also, while there is a shed which contains bikes, there is no garage so don't count on storing more than one additional bike of your own.

Sunriver Trip

This was a great house in a great location. The house was clean and well furnished. The bikes were great and they even had a bike wrench which was handy since I had to change the tube on my personal bike. This was an awesome trip.

Great location, Quiet North end home

Perfect home for our stay!

House was super clean and incredibly well stocked. I loved all the notes around the house providing explanation or direction. Back deck was very spacious and perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. Nice quiet part of sunriver.

Perfect house for Golf trip

Me and a few friends went on a golf trip and stayed at this cozy house for a very affordable rate. House just about everything we needed for our trip even plenty of Sharc passes that unfortunately went unused.

Family gatherings

Wonderful clean functional house for our family. The SHARC passes were very much appreciated by our grandchildren. The property management were excellent. Readily available and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip.

Dixie 3 is a fantastic rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location, the bikes were such a great bonus and we could take a 10-15min ride to the Sharc, village or marina. Layout of home was great and had all the amenities needed. Property is clean and well maintained. The back deck does face one of the main roads, without a lot of privacy. Would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again.

Cozy, tidy and fun

Summer Family Vacation

Wi-Fi worked well. Beds were comfortable. There were enough linens. small appliances were sufficient. The outdoor grill worked well.The bugs in the home specifically the flies at night when the lights were on and the ants were a concern. Just never had that issue and we come to Sunriver every year and rent a different house. The balcony overlooking the front yard was very unstable. We were afraid to lean on it, for fear it might fall over.

Family of 7 adults over the weekend.

Everything we needed was supplied. Very clean, plenty of supplies. Quiet neighborhood. Water pressure in upstairs shower abit too powerful. Downstairs queen bdrm door needed repair. All in all, it was great though.

Comfortable and quiet home

Great little house with plenty of room for three couples, very clean and organized, well stocked kitchen and other necessities such as extra towels and supplies. Standing powerful fans in each bedroom was a big plus as the week started out very hot, but the house still stayed cool by opening the windows at night and closing all blinds during the day. The big deck is very nice, where deer came up close a few times. We used the supplied bikes a couple of days on the bike paths which take you around Sunriver and the river, very fun! The jacuzzi was also great to have, very clean and nice. Having the Marketplace so close is so great when you suddenly need something. It’s a great vacation home!
