Palm Beach is a five-story, luxurious condominium located on the Gulf. With only 100 units its beach and two pools never seem crowded. This spacious, one bedroom condominium is newly renovated and furnished.

This desirable first floor unit features a king-size bed, a large bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted garden tub. The kitchen is fully-equipped with quality cookware and all new appliances. It also includes a breakfast bar and two bar stools. A second half bath is located off the kitchen.

The living room is bright and roomy. It has a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center which includes a 47 inch LCD TV, DVD, and VCR. The patio has a table for four and is only steps from the heated pool. Just beyond the pool is the walkway to the beach. The sand is white and the water is deep blue - a perfect setting for walking on the beach, shelling, swimming, and surfing. This first floor unit is ideal for families with small children as well as seniors.

Our staff members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of your property, including but not limited to floors, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtubs/showers and large/small appliances. We have also added to our regular cleaning the sanitizing of the most touched areas: doorknobs and light switches. Our staff have been provided with gloves to wear when cleaning and handling soiled linens. Due to the 2019-nCoV being a newly emerging pathogen there is no U.S. EPA registered disinfectant currently available on the market with the 2019-nCoV efficacy claim specifically listed on their container label, however, our staff use high-grade/commercial use disinfecting and cleaning chemicals that are effective in stopping the spread of multiple disease and viruses. Linens are laundered offsite at our laundry facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. We are confident that our entire laundry process yields hygienically clean linens Our staff is always trained to use the best hygiene practices. Our staff have been advised to stay home if they feel sick.
