A two-bedroom, one-bath, ocean view cottage located a few steps from Kailua Beach... Voted Number One beach in America!
There are 2 shopping centers within 10 minutes from the cottage, There is also "Ala Moana Shopping Center," which is the largest shopping center in Hawaii and ranked 7th largest shopping center in the US, and is within 30-45 minutes.
Magnificent ocean view from your second-story, home-away-from-home. This charming, fully furnished apartment has everything you will need for that perfect vacation including a full kitchen, linens, and lanai/deck with an ocean view.

The cottage has one bedroom with one king bed and an second bedroom with two twin beds. There is a large living room, nice dining room, and a deluxe kitchen with all your needs to whip up meals for big appetites that come with being at the beach. You have a completely private entrance, your own beach access and washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The views from the wrap-around deck are especially nice.

This cottage may be rented separately or together with the the eight-bedroom, 4.5 bath, oceanfront Main House.

The location is great. 30 second Walk right down the the beach. There is a mobile A/C unit in the master that you have to drain every 2 hours and if you have a few items plugged into other outlets it trips the circuit. This happened later in the evening and we had to wait for owner to drive over (45 min) to reset the circuit. This cut off power in both bedrooms. Response time was great, but if it was any later we would've been stuck till morning. This was a good place for a few days, but not for a long term stay. Owner is very nice, but the place needs some good TLC.

Fun IN Paradise

This was ideal for our stay. The apartment was clean, the furnishings were comfortable, the deck a perfect place to enjoy the surroundings. The only improvement would be to tidy up the small area close to the parking area. to summarize we really enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah, the folks were friendly and accomadating.

Awesome views and private beach access

It was a perfect vacation for our family …awesome ocean views from the living room and patio….kids loved the private beach access…there were days when we went more than 6 times in a day to the beach ..Shelly was awesome in coordinating our stay…we also happened to meet the owners ( very friendly and g do own to earth)… We want to come back again next year …there is no place better than this if you have kids

Steps from a beautiful beach

Really wonderful spot to pop back and forth from the beach with a little one! Some breeze catching awareness is necessary without A/C in all rooms but that’s manageable for a location like this. The place was clean and the hosts were friendly and attentive to questions. We had a great time!

Fantastic appartment in 2 storage building.

The house has a beautiful location second next to the Kailua beach and an outdoor shower to use whenever the salt water is to be removed after a swim. A beautiful partly view from the terrasse towards the beach. The beds are excellent, the kitchen has all the needed appliances and things and the living room is large with a large smart TV. The landlord Florence is very helpful and polite. A perfect place.

One house away from the beach

We were up on 2nd floor and we had a good view of the beach. Super close access to the beach. The beach is one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Nice quiet neighborhood. They provided snorkel equipment, beach chairs and a cooler. Big family room and plenty of kitchen area. We had one broken beach chair and as soon as we texted them about it, they brought a new one. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. One bedroom had a unit air conditioner and the 2nd bedroom only a fan. The only improvement would be for both bedrooms to have some kind of air conditioner. Had a great stay!!!

A Beach Cottage Just Steps from the Ocean

This beach cottage is on the 2nd floor with parking available . Just steps (50m) to Kailua beach through the property gate door to the public walkway. Kailua beach has waves so great for boogie boarding/ surfing/ windsurfing. If you prefer a calmer/ swimmable beach then go to Lanikai. Close to grocery store/shops / restaurants with a quick car ride. Fireworks (4th of July) can be seen on porch as well the ocean ( partial view). There’s a portable AC unit in master bedroom and fans in the second bedroom. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch. Shelley, the property manager , was quick to respond to our texts and very kind and helpful. Thank you Shelley for making our trip enjoyable!

Fantastic rental yards from the beach

Wonderful stay- the cottage is just like the photos. Clean and spacious. Provision of beach towels & boogie boards was great - with an outside shower to clean off afterwards. A stone’s throw from the beach with beautiful sunrises. Lovely quiet residential area. Felt safe and at ease. Can’t recommend highly enough. Worth every penny and would love to stay again.

Fantastic property, my group had a blast

Just steps from my favorite beach and walking distance to local coffee shops and restaurants, my birthday trip with my friends was an absolute success. The only downside was lack of spices and cooking oil or spray in the unit. Still a 5* week! Thank you!

2025 Family Vacation

This was our 15 yr wedding anniversary and 1st time for our kids to visit Hawaii. It was AMAZING! They kids had fun on the beach every day. The cottage had beach access that was easy and convenient. The house was the perfect size for a family of 4.Thank you!

Relaxing vacation

This property is ideally located and well managed. The property manager is very responsive, very friendly, and provided good instructions for checking in and how to be a good guest. It is important to follow house rules and be respectful here. It is a well kept property in a nice neighborhood. The home was very clean, very spacious, had a nice kitchen. In December/January, we did not need any AC whatsoever, did not use the portable unit. We had a very wonderful stay and are grateful to the owner for opening this property to us.

The Perfect Guest Cottage

This was the perfect property for our huge family reunion to celebrate Thanksgiving and our parents' 50th wedding anniversary! Everybody stayed in the main house except for my parents who enjoyed their own oasis in the guest cottage. The private pool and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. A few small utility issues came up and the prop mgr responded right away. This spot is a dream come true when you need a big gathering space with a separate apartment option.
